【摘要】：環(huán)境污染是全球共同面對的重大問題之一,嚴重危害居民的健康狀況。已有關(guān)于環(huán)境污染與健康研究主要包括宏觀區(qū)域?qū)用娴沫h(huán)境污染與健康指標的相關(guān)關(guān)系研究;基于居民日常交通出行的空氣污染暴露與健康效應(yīng)的研究;以及關(guān)注社會經(jīng)濟屬性,重點探討黑人、兒童、低收入者等弱勢群體所承受的環(huán)境負面影響,即環(huán)境公正和健康不平等研究。本文對上述研究進行較為系統(tǒng)的梳理與評價,基于時空行為、環(huán)境公正等學科前沿議題,為研究環(huán)境污染與健康之間的復雜性提供多樣化的理論視角以及較為完整的分析框架。同時提出,需要將個體時空行為、環(huán)境污染與健康相關(guān)聯(lián),從微觀層面深入研究基于居民時空行為軌跡的環(huán)境污染暴露與健康影響機理,挖掘不同社會、空間背景下的環(huán)境公正與健康不平等的內(nèi)在關(guān)系,為發(fā)展更為公平、有效的城市與交通規(guī)劃措施以及環(huán)境健康政策等提供科學依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Environmental pollution is one of the major problems facing the whole world, which seriously endangers the health of residents. The existing studies on environmental pollution and health mainly include the relationship between environmental pollution and health indicators at the macro-regional level, the exposure and health effects of air pollution based on the daily traffic travel of residents, and the relationship between environmental pollution and health indicators at the macro-regional level. And pay attention to the socio-economic attributes, focusing on the black, children, low-income and other vulnerable groups suffered by the negative environmental impact, namely, environmental justice and health inequality research. Based on the frontier issues of spatio-temporal behavior, environmental justice and so on, this paper provides a diversified theoretical perspective and a more complete analytical framework for the study of the complexity between environmental pollution and health. At the same time, it is necessary to associate individual spatio-temporal behavior, environmental pollution and health, and to deeply study the mechanism of environmental pollution exposure and health impact based on residents' spatio-temporal behavior trajectory from the micro-level, and to dig out different societies. The inner relationship between environmental justice and health inequality under the background of space provides scientific basis for the development of more equitable and effective urban and traffic planning measures and environmental health policies.
