添加木質(zhì)素對污泥熱解過程氮轉(zhuǎn)化的影響

【摘要】:利用熱重-質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用儀(TG-MS)在線檢測添加不同比例木質(zhì)素的污泥熱解和主要含氮氣體釋放特性,并利用傅里葉紅外光譜儀(FTIR)在線檢測熱解過程固體殘焦表面官能團的變化規(guī)律,分析木質(zhì)素對污泥熱解過程氮轉(zhuǎn)化的影響,從而揭示氮的遷移機理。結果表明:污泥熱解過程NH_3的生成主要來自蛋白質(zhì)的脫氨作用,加入木質(zhì)素后熱解過程中產(chǎn)生了大量羰基,抑制了氨基酸的分子內(nèi)環(huán)化和分子間縮聚反應,而促進了直鏈酰胺的生成,最終在OH自由基攻擊下轉(zhuǎn)化成HNCO和HCN;NH_3的增加并非來自HCN和OH的反應,而是由未縮合的氨基脫除生成;另外,添加40%左右的木質(zhì)素對于減少污泥熱解過程中NO_x前驅(qū)物的排放有積極意義。
[Abstract]:Thermal gravimetric mass spectrometry (TG-MS) was used to detect the pyrolysis of sludge with different lignin ratios and the release characteristics of nitrogen-containing gases on-line. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) was used to detect the change of functional groups on the surface of solid coke during pyrolysis, and the effect of lignin on nitrogen conversion during sludge pyrolysis was analyzed, so as to reveal the mechanism of nitrogen migration. The results showed that the formation of NH_3 in sludge pyrolysis process was mainly due to the deammoniation of proteins. A large number of carbonyl groups were produced in the pyrolysis process after lignin was added, which inhibited the intramolecular cyclization and inter-molecular condensation of amino acids. And promoted the formation of straight chain amide, and finally converted to HNCO and HCN; under the attack of OH radical. The increase of NH_3 was not due to the reaction of HCN and OH, but was formed by the removal of uncondensed amino groups. In addition, the addition of about 40% lignin had a positive effect on reducing the emission of NO_x precursors during sludge pyrolysis.
