B-環(huán)糊精固載淀粉及其在紡織上漿與印染廢水處理方面的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:本論文以玉米淀粉(CS)為固載基體,將β-環(huán)糊精(β-CD)和檸檬酸(CA)引入本聚合體系中,其中檸檬酸(CA)作為交聯(lián)劑,次亞磷酸鈉(SHP)作為催化劑,采用二分法完成β-環(huán)糊精固載玉米淀粉(簡稱C-β-CDP)的制備。首先探討了采用半干法制備預(yù)聚體即檸檬酸—β-環(huán)糊精(簡稱CA—β-CD),又探討了 β-環(huán)糊精固載玉米淀粉(C-β-CDP)的制備工藝。得出制備預(yù)聚體(CA—β-CD)的最佳工藝條件:n(β-CD):n(CA):n(SHP)=1:2:1/2,m(β-CD):m(H20)=1:0.6,固化溫度為100℃;制備β-環(huán)糊精固載玉米淀粉(C-β-CDP)的最佳工藝條件為:預(yù)聚體含量為60%,n(CA-β-CD):n(SHP)=1:1/3,反應(yīng)溫度為100℃,反應(yīng)時間為30min。實驗結(jié)果表明,反應(yīng)后出現(xiàn)了新的酯基,原有的結(jié)晶區(qū)被破壞,證明了 CS和β-CD之間發(fā)生了固載。對C-β-CDP的理化特性和上漿性能進行研究表明,在一定環(huán)糊精含量范圍內(nèi),C-β-CDP的理化性能改善,表現(xiàn)為水合能力、流變性能增強,抗老化性、透明度提高,而環(huán)糊精含量過高會導(dǎo)致淀粉理化性能惡化。C-β-CDP漿紗性能隨環(huán)糊精含量增高而降低,當(dāng)環(huán)糊精含量為20.851 μmol/g時,漿紗斷裂強力、減伸率和毛羽達到最優(yōu)值。測定其生物降解性能得出,B/C=2.1330,還原糖濃度為2.0307 mmol/L,證明了本實驗制得的漿料可以天然降解。以藏紅花T為吸附對象,在一定實驗條件下,吸附過程更為符合Freundlich等溫吸附方程,在溫度為45℃時最大吸附量為14.7472 mg/g,染料去除率為86.0618%,吸附既包括β-環(huán)糊精對藏紅花T的包覆,又包括化學(xué)吸附,即C-β-CDP中羧基和堿性藏紅花T的反應(yīng)。本實驗結(jié)果為染料廢水的處理提供了有益的幫助。
