【摘要】：本文設(shè)計(jì)并搭建了增壓液幕床壓力監(jiān)測實(shí)驗(yàn)系統(tǒng),通過調(diào)節(jié)增壓液幕床中的氣液流速以及工作壓力等參數(shù)對增壓液幕床中的流動特性進(jìn)行研究并重點(diǎn)對壓差脈動特性及阻力系數(shù)變化規(guī)律進(jìn)行分析。通過結(jié)合實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)及理論分析,得出壓差脈動強(qiáng)度及阻力系數(shù)在不同氣液流速和工作壓力下的變化規(guī)律,并結(jié)合煙氣脫硫氣液吸收反應(yīng)的原理對最優(yōu)工作參數(shù)進(jìn)行分析。該研究可為增壓液幕床氣液反應(yīng)系統(tǒng)的工業(yè)化應(yīng)用提供重要的設(shè)計(jì)參考。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the pressure monitoring system of pressurized liquid curtain bed is designed and built. By adjusting the gas-liquid velocity and working pressure in the pressurized liquid curtain bed, the flow characteristics in the pressurized liquid curtain bed were studied, and the variation of pressure fluctuation and resistance coefficient were analyzed. Based on the experimental data and theoretical analysis, the variation rules of pressure differential pulsation strength and resistance coefficient under different gas-liquid velocity and working pressure are obtained, and the optimal working parameters are analyzed according to the principle of gas-liquid absorption reaction in flue gas desulfurization. This study can provide an important design reference for the industrial application of pressurized liquid-curtain bed gas-liquid reaction system.
