【摘要】：改革開(kāi)放以來(lái),中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)迅猛發(fā)展,城市大量基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施不斷興建,以及城鎮(zhèn)化的持續(xù)推進(jìn),導(dǎo)致短時(shí)間內(nèi)建筑廢棄物不斷增加。為了減緩建筑廢棄物不斷增長(zhǎng)所帶來(lái)的環(huán)境壓力以及所造成極大的資源短缺問(wèn)題,推行循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展模式被普遍認(rèn)為是解決建筑廢棄物問(wèn)題最有效的方法之一,同時(shí)建筑廢棄物減量化被廣泛關(guān)注。本文立足于源頭削減,通過(guò)改變?nèi)说膽B(tài)度和行為,以設(shè)計(jì)人員為研究主體,開(kāi)展建筑廢棄物減量化行為的研究。在對(duì)建筑廢棄物減量化行為的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)分析整理的基礎(chǔ)上,本文對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)人員的建筑廢棄物減量化影響因素進(jìn)行梳理,基于解構(gòu)計(jì)劃行為理論,構(gòu)建初步的研究模型。根據(jù)專(zhuān)家訪談的結(jié)果,對(duì)初步研究模型改進(jìn)后,得出理論模型,提出研究假設(shè),設(shè)計(jì)調(diào)查問(wèn)卷。通過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查驗(yàn)證研究假設(shè),對(duì)理論模型進(jìn)行修正后得到設(shè)計(jì)人員的建筑廢棄物減量化行為的最終模型,并分析了各影響因素對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)人員的建筑廢棄物減量化行為的作用機(jī)理和影響權(quán)重。依據(jù)實(shí)證研究的結(jié)果,以設(shè)計(jì)人員為出發(fā)點(diǎn),提出對(duì)建筑廢棄物管理方面有針對(duì)性的意見(jiàn)和建議。研究結(jié)果顯示,建筑廢棄物減量化行為意向和知覺(jué)行為控制會(huì)直接影響設(shè)計(jì)人員的建筑廢棄物減量化行為的實(shí)施,其中知覺(jué)行為控制比行為意向的影響程度要大。建筑廢棄物減量化行為態(tài)度、主觀規(guī)范會(huì)影響設(shè)計(jì)人員的減量化行為意向,其中主觀規(guī)范的影響程度比行為態(tài)度大,同時(shí),知覺(jué)行為控制對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)人員的減量化行為意向沒(méi)有顯著影響。知覺(jué)有用性、兼容性、知覺(jué)易用性、責(zé)任感對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)人員的建筑廢棄物減量化行為態(tài)度呈現(xiàn)顯著正向影響,其影響程度依次減小。外部影響和人際影響對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)人員的建筑廢棄物減量化行為的主觀規(guī)范呈現(xiàn)依次減小的顯著正向影響。經(jīng)濟(jì)激勵(lì)、便利條件、自我效能對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)人員的建筑廢棄物減量化行為的知覺(jué)行為控制呈現(xiàn)遞減的顯著正向影響。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the rapid development of China's economy, the continuous construction of a large number of urban infrastructure, and the continuous advancement of urbanization have led to the continuous increase of construction waste in a short period of time. In order to alleviate the environmental pressure caused by the increasing construction waste and the great shortage of resources, it is generally recognized that promoting the circular economy development model is one of the most effective methods to solve the construction waste problem. At the same time, the construction waste reduction has been widely concerned. In this paper, based on the source reduction, through changing people's attitudes and behaviors, designers are the main research subjects to carry out the study of construction waste reduction behavior. On the basis of literature analysis of construction waste reduction, this paper combs the influencing factors of designers' construction waste reduction, and constructs a preliminary research model based on deconstruction planning behavior theory. According to the results of expert interview, after improving the preliminary research model, the theoretical model is obtained, the research hypothesis is put forward, and the questionnaire is designed. The hypothesis of the research is verified by questionnaire investigation, and the final model of the designer's construction waste reduction behavior is obtained by modifying the theoretical model. The mechanism and weight of the influence factors on the reducing behavior of the designers' construction waste are also analyzed. Based on the results of the empirical study, this paper puts forward some suggestions and suggestions on the management of construction waste from the point of view of designers. The results show that construction waste reduction behavior intention and perceptual behavior control will directly affect the implementation of designers' construction waste reduction behavior, in which perceptual behavior control is greater than behavior intention. Construction waste reduction behavior attitude, subjective norms will affect the designer's intention to reduce behavior, in which the degree of influence of subjective norms is greater than behavior attitude, and at the same time, Perceptual behavior control has no significant effect on the designer's intention to reduce behavior. Perceived usefulness, compatibility, perceived ease of use and sense of responsibility had a significant positive impact on designers' attitudes towards reducing construction waste behavior, and the degree of influence was reduced in turn. The external influence and interpersonal influence on the subjective norms of designers' construction waste reduction behavior showed significant positive effects in turn. Economic incentive, convenience and self-efficacy have a significant positive effect on the perceived behavior control of designers' construction waste reduction behavior.
