UASB與CASS聯(lián)用處理豆制品廢水工藝設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:豆制品廢水是一種高濃度有機(jī)廢水,其處理較為復(fù)雜,達(dá)標(biāo)處理難度大,且治理費(fèi)用往往偏高。尋求一種合理有效、運(yùn)行管理費(fèi)用較低的處理工藝,對于環(huán)保事業(yè)和豆制品行業(yè)的發(fā)展都具有十分重要的意義。本研究針對河北某豆制品廠所排廢水的達(dá)標(biāo)處理展開。通過仔細(xì)調(diào)研相關(guān)資料,詳細(xì)分析豆制品廢水的水質(zhì)特征,綜合對比前人對豆制品廢水處理采用的相關(guān)技術(shù)及處理工藝,并結(jié)合該廠具體規(guī)模實(shí)力與排放情況,初步確定“沉淀—A/O(UASB與CASS聯(lián)用)”的處理工藝。針對該豆制品廠所排廢水進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn)研究與設(shè)計(jì),從陰離子聚丙烯酰胺(APAM)、陽離子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)、聚丙烯酸鈉(PAAS)、聚合氯化鋁(PAC)四種絮凝劑中篩選出處理效果最佳的絮凝劑為聚丙烯酸鈉,確定了其最佳投加量為質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為0.1%時(shí)15.5l/(1L廢水),其COD去除率可達(dá)32.5%。通過實(shí)驗(yàn)室模擬該“沉淀—A/O”工藝流程對該廠所排廢水進(jìn)行處理試驗(yàn),驗(yàn)證了該工藝設(shè)計(jì)確實(shí)可行。根據(jù)相關(guān)的各種設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范與標(biāo)準(zhǔn),依據(jù)進(jìn)行各個(gè)工藝環(huán)節(jié)構(gòu)筑物的具體參數(shù)計(jì)算設(shè)計(jì)。設(shè)計(jì)廢水處理量為600t/d。調(diào)節(jié)池設(shè)計(jì)為8.0×5.0×3.0的矩形,水力停留時(shí)間為4.8h;沉淀池設(shè)計(jì)為10.8×2.3×2.3的類似矩形形狀,長寬比為4.70≥4,沉淀時(shí)間為1.5h;UASB反應(yīng)器設(shè)計(jì)為Φ7.2×8.89的圓柱體,高徑比為1.231,水力停留時(shí)間為14h;CASS池設(shè)計(jì)為13.4×5×5的矩形結(jié)構(gòu),曝氣時(shí)間3.7h,沉淀時(shí)間1.7h,水力停留時(shí)間為6h。設(shè)計(jì)整套工藝COD總?cè)コ蔬_(dá)98.5%左右。最終實(shí)體工程運(yùn)行排水水質(zhì)檢測報(bào)告表明出水滿足《農(nóng)田灌溉水質(zhì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》,從而證實(shí)了本工藝設(shè)計(jì)的良好效果。
[Abstract]:Soybean product wastewater is a kind of high concentration organic wastewater, which is complex to treat, difficult to reach the standard, and the treatment cost is often on the high side. It is of great significance for the development of environmental protection and soybean products industry to seek a reasonable and effective treatment process with low operating and management costs. This study was aimed at the standard treatment of wastewater from a soybean factory in Hebei province. Through careful investigation of relevant data, the water quality characteristics of soybean products wastewater are analyzed in detail, and the related technologies and treatment processes adopted by previous people for the treatment of soybean products wastewater are comprehensively compared, and combined with the concrete scale strength and discharge situation of the plant, The treatment process of precipitation-A / O (UASB and CASS) was preliminarily determined. The waste water from the soybean products factory was studied and designed. The anion polyacrylamide (APAM), cationic polyacrylamide (CPAM), sodium polyacrylate (PAAS),) was used in this paper. The best flocculant of polyaluminium chloride (PAC) is sodium polyacrylate. The best dosage is 15.5l/ (1L wastewater) when the mass fraction is 0.1. The removal rate of COD can reach 32.5%. Through the laboratory simulation of the "precipitation-A / O" process, the treatment test of the wastewater discharged from the plant is carried out, and the feasibility of the process design is verified. According to the relevant design specifications and standards, according to the specific parameters of each process of the structure calculation design. The design wastewater treatment capacity is 600 t / d.
