【摘要】：用重鉻酸鉀容量法測定有機(jī)質(zhì)時,試驗(yàn)條件直接影響結(jié)果的準(zhǔn)確性。本文選取試驗(yàn)時間、催化劑的使用和試驗(yàn)溫度3個條件進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)條件的優(yōu)化。結(jié)果表明,采用硫酸—硫酸銀消解體系,溫度控制在170~180℃,反應(yīng)時間控制在(5.0±0.5)min,測定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)樣品結(jié)果合格。
