響應(yīng)面優(yōu)化鎘離子印跡材料對(duì)廢水中鎘的吸附

【摘要】:采用反相乳液法制備鎘離子印跡聚合物用于去除廢水中的鎘Cd(Ⅱ)離子,采用BoxBehnken實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)響應(yīng)面分析法,以鎘離子印跡聚合物的吸附量為響應(yīng)值,對(duì)吸附時(shí)間、吸附溫度和溶液pH值等參數(shù)進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)得到響應(yīng)面模型。結(jié)果表明:對(duì)模型進(jìn)行方差分析得到的F值和R2值分別是15.56和0.952 4,二項(xiàng)式回歸方程能夠很好地反映和預(yù)測(cè)本實(shí)驗(yàn)所得到的結(jié)果;吸附時(shí)間、吸附溫度和溶液pH對(duì)的鎘離子印跡聚合物吸附量的影響顯著,其影響順序是由大到小分別為吸附時(shí)間,pH,吸附溫度。
