【摘要】：五環(huán)多環(huán)芳烴苯并[b]熒蒽、苯并[k]熒蒽、苯并[a]芘、二苯并[a,h]蒽屬于高環(huán)多環(huán)芳烴,降解難度高、危害大,其中苯并[a]芘危害性最大,具有很強(qiáng)的致毒性和致癌性。通過(guò)豎式電爐模擬制備煉焦煙氣,采用微波和吸波介質(zhì)協(xié)同處理的方法,以二氯甲烷和玻璃纖維對(duì)多環(huán)芳烴進(jìn)行收集,通過(guò)超聲波萃取、高效液相色譜法檢測(cè)技術(shù),定性、定量分析煉焦煙氣產(chǎn)生的五環(huán)多環(huán)芳烴,研究了微波-吸波介質(zhì)處理五環(huán)多環(huán)芳烴實(shí)驗(yàn)時(shí)微波溫度,以及吸波介質(zhì)的質(zhì)量、粒徑、種類等實(shí)驗(yàn)因素對(duì)4種多環(huán)芳烴各分量及總量降解效果的影響。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)微波溫度400℃、碳化硅吸波介質(zhì)6 g時(shí),總的降解率為72%,苯并[b]熒蒽、苯并[k]熒蒽、苯并[a]芘、二苯并[a,h]蒽降解率分別為79%、75%、72%和48%,處理效果較好,尤其苯并[a]芘降解率最高。
[Abstract]:Pentacyclic polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) such as benzo [b] fluoranthene, benzo [k] fluoranthene, benzo [a] pyrene and dibenzo [ah] anthracene belong to high cyclic polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs). It has strong toxicity and carcinogenicity. Coking flue gas was prepared by simulated vertical electric furnace. The PAHs were collected by dichloromethane and glass fiber by microwave and microwave absorbing medium, and analyzed qualitatively by ultrasonic extraction, high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). A quantitative analysis of pentacyclic polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) produced by coking flue gas was carried out. The microwave temperature, the mass and particle size of the absorber medium were studied when the microwave wave absorbing medium was used to treat the PAHs. Effects of species and other experimental factors on the degradation of four PAHs. The experimental results show that the total degradation rate of benzo [b] fluoranthene, benzo [k] fluoranthene, benzo [a] pyrene, dibenzo [aqh] anthracene is 79? 75% and 48%, the results were better, especially the highest degradation rate of benzo [a] pyrene.
