基于西門(mén)子S7-300PLC的Fenton污水處理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與研究

【摘要】:污水處理作為環(huán)境保護(hù)的重要一環(huán),在全世界范圍內(nèi)都受到廣泛的重視,各國(guó)對(duì)污水處理的研究從未間斷,不斷的研究使得污水處理的方法在不斷地改進(jìn),污水處理的效率在不斷地提升,污水處理的相關(guān)研究是當(dāng)今時(shí)代的重要課題。污水處理技術(shù)發(fā)展至今,主要包括物理處理、生物處理、化學(xué)處理三大類(lèi),每類(lèi)處理中又包含有若干方法。在進(jìn)行污水處理時(shí),不同的處理方法針對(duì)不同的處理對(duì)象。隨著人民生活水平的日益提高,人們對(duì)于生活環(huán)境的質(zhì)量要求也越來(lái)越高,為了滿足人們?nèi)找嫣岣叩男枨?廣西某公司也加強(qiáng)了對(duì)于污水處理設(shè)備系統(tǒng)的研究開(kāi)發(fā)。一套合格的污水處理系統(tǒng),運(yùn)行必須足夠穩(wěn)定,同時(shí)還要盡可能減少其消耗的人力、物力資源,且擁有自處理故障的能力,以及最重要的一點(diǎn),最后排放的廢水必須達(dá)到國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。本課題是為了滿足某工廠的300003m工業(yè)廢水處理要求而研究設(shè)計(jì)的,采用西門(mén)子S7-300系列PLC作為下位機(jī),并通過(guò)以太網(wǎng)的通信連接,對(duì)工控設(shè)備進(jìn)行監(jiān)控的工業(yè)污水處理自控系統(tǒng)。本系統(tǒng)有一下特點(diǎn):1.本系統(tǒng)通過(guò)控制投加泵的頻率達(dá)到對(duì)加藥流量的控制,進(jìn)而實(shí)現(xiàn)Fenton處理。2.本系統(tǒng)采用PID控制,可以通過(guò)自調(diào)節(jié)穩(wěn)定地與設(shè)定的加藥量、液面值等參數(shù)保持一致,實(shí)現(xiàn)恒值控制。3.本系統(tǒng)通過(guò)軟件編譯實(shí)現(xiàn)了備用切換功能,在某些工控設(shè)備出現(xiàn)問(wèn)題時(shí),為保持系統(tǒng)的正常運(yùn)行,本系統(tǒng)會(huì)自動(dòng)切換成備用設(shè)備進(jìn)行工作。4.本系統(tǒng)為消除液面波動(dòng)對(duì)控制系統(tǒng)操作的影響,進(jìn)行了防波動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)。5.本系統(tǒng)通過(guò)WINCC進(jìn)行軟件組態(tài),實(shí)現(xiàn)了設(shè)備組態(tài),數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)、監(jiān)控畫(huà)面組態(tài),歷史數(shù)據(jù)記錄,遠(yuǎn)程控制整個(gè)系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行,很好地實(shí)現(xiàn)人機(jī)交互。此系統(tǒng)中,Fenton處理是一個(gè)十分關(guān)鍵的處理過(guò)程,在文章中將會(huì)進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的技術(shù)介紹。
[Abstract]:As an important part of environmental protection, sewage treatment has received extensive attention all over the world. The efficiency of sewage treatment is improving continuously, and the research of sewage treatment is an important subject in the present era. Sewage treatment technology has been developed up to now, mainly including physical treatment, biological treatment, chemical treatment, each kind of treatment includes a number of methods. In the process of sewage treatment, different treatment methods are aimed at different treatment objects. With the improvement of people's living standard, the quality of living environment is becoming higher and higher. In order to meet the increasing demand of people, a company in Guangxi has also strengthened the research and development of sewage treatment equipment system. A qualified sewerage system must be stable enough to operate, while minimizing the human and material resources it consumes, as well as having the ability to self-process failures, and most importantly, The final discharge of wastewater must meet national standards. This project is designed to meet the requirement of 300003m industrial wastewater treatment in a factory. Siemens S7-300 series PLC is used as the lower computer, and the communication is connected by Ethernet. Industrial sewage treatment automatic control system which monitors industrial control equipment. This system has the following characteristics: 1. By controlling the frequency of the dosing pump, the system achieves the control of the dosing flow rate, and then realizes the Fenton processing. 2. The system is controlled by PID, and the constant value can be controlled by self-adjusting and keeping consistent with the parameters such as dosage and liquid face value. In order to keep the normal operation of the system, the system will automatically switch to the standby equipment to work when some industrial control equipment has problems. 4. In order to eliminate the influence of liquid level fluctuation on the operation of the control system, the anti-fluctuation design of the system is carried out. The system realizes the configuration of equipment, database, monitor picture, historical data record, remote control of the whole system, and realizes the man-machine interaction well through the software configuration of WINCC. In this system, Fenton processing is a very key processing process, which will be introduced in detail in this article.
