【摘要】：中國視域"生態(tài)文明主流價值觀"的命題是2015年提出并形成共識的。其基本內(nèi)涵是:求真務(wù)實、以人為本;節(jié)約資源、保護(hù)環(huán)境;綠色低碳、循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì);生態(tài)良好、持續(xù)發(fā)展。生態(tài)文明主流價值觀需要融入中國的生態(tài)文明制度體系之中。關(guān)于生態(tài)建設(shè)的非主流價值觀包括,以犧牲生態(tài)求GDP增長論、消極的渺茫論、過度虛發(fā)的速勝論、忽視主體的自然恢復(fù)論等等。中國的生態(tài)文明建設(shè)是一場持久戰(zhàn)。中國視域生態(tài)文明主流價值觀與生態(tài)文明制度體系,正在有力推動中國生態(tài)文明建設(shè)的實質(zhì)性進(jìn)程,引起了國際社會的多方關(guān)注和評價。
[Abstract]:The proposition of "mainstream values of ecological civilization" in China was put forward in 2015 and reached a consensus. Its basic connotation is: pragmatic, people-oriented; save resources, protect the environment; green low carbon, circular economy; good ecology, sustainable development. The mainstream values of ecological civilization need to be integrated into China's ecological civilization system. The non-mainstream values of ecological construction include the theory of seeking GDP growth at the expense of ecology, the theory of negativity, the theory of quick victory, the theory of neglecting the subject of natural recovery, and so on. China's ecological civilization construction is a protracted battle. The mainstream values and system of ecological civilization in China are pushing forward the substantial process of ecological civilization construction in China, which has aroused the attention and evaluation of the international community.
