【摘要】：工業(yè)綠色發(fā)展是建設(shè)生態(tài)文明的必由之路,是綠色制造的內(nèi)在要求。長江中游城市群同處工業(yè)化中期階段,共同面臨經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和生態(tài)保護(hù)的難題。在"不搞大開發(fā),共抓大保護(hù)"的理念下,走綠色工業(yè)協(xié)同發(fā)展之路是推動(dòng)長江中游城市群發(fā)展的必然選擇。當(dāng)前,長江中游城市群存在工業(yè)污染排放強(qiáng)度大、降能耗任務(wù)嚴(yán)峻、綠色發(fā)展協(xié)作程度低等問題,有必要從綠色工業(yè)選擇、綠色技術(shù)研發(fā)、綠色產(chǎn)品市場體系共建及工業(yè)廢棄物綠色處理等層面構(gòu)建協(xié)作機(jī)制,提升長江中游城市群工業(yè)從生產(chǎn)到消費(fèi)全生命周期的綠色化,促進(jìn)長江中游城市群綠色工業(yè)的協(xié)同發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The green development of industry is the only way to construct ecological civilization and the inherent requirement of green manufacturing. The urban agglomeration in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River is faced with the problems of economic development and ecological protection. Under the concept of "not developing and protecting", it is an inevitable choice to promote the development of urban agglomeration in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River by taking the road of coordinated development of green industry. At present, the urban agglomeration in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River has many problems, such as high intensity of industrial pollution emission, severe task of reducing energy consumption, low degree of cooperation in green development, etc. It is necessary to choose green industry and develop green technology. The co-construction of green product market system and the green disposal of industrial waste can promote the green development of the urban agglomeration industry in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River from production to consumption, and promote the coordinated development of green industry in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River.
