金隆公司銅冶煉水環(huán)境綜合治理工程設計研究

【摘要】:近年來隨著環(huán)保技術的日益完善和環(huán)保形勢的日益嚴峻,與銅冶煉企業(yè)相關的行業(yè)規(guī)范條件、清潔生產(chǎn)標準以及其它環(huán)境保護政策不斷出臺,為節(jié)約水資源和保護水環(huán)境,金隆公司實施水環(huán)境綜合治理工程。金隆公司是國內(nèi)首座自行設計的大型閃速銅冶煉廠,工藝流程較長且工藝過程復雜,通過分析銅冶煉企業(yè)廢水的來源與性質(zhì),深入細致調(diào)研金隆公司水環(huán)境現(xiàn)狀,結合國內(nèi)銅冶煉企業(yè)實際,針對金隆公司目前存在總給排水量較大,工業(yè)用水重復利用率偏低,且排水管網(wǎng)為合流制,平時及下雨時SS、COD及重金屬元素未穩(wěn)定達標,生產(chǎn)污水處理站處理能力不夠,未設置事故水池等問題,確定技改方案。主要技術措施如下:(1)從源頭節(jié)水減污,清污分流,控制污染,一水多用,生產(chǎn)廢水分質(zhì)收集、處理和重復利用,提高工業(yè)用水重復利用率,最大限度減少廢水產(chǎn)生量,降低末端治理成本。完善設備循環(huán)冷卻水設施,增設生活污水管及收集池、增設生產(chǎn)廢水管及收集池,分區(qū)域治理和收集目前廠區(qū)界內(nèi)未收集的受污染場地及道路沖洗水、道路初期雨水,改造雨水排水系統(tǒng),減少工廠對外排水口,每個排水口前均設置事故及初期雨水收集池,以防止污染外部水體。(2)增設或改擴建各類廢水處理及回用設施。改擴建酸性污水處理站,提高污水處理能力;增設廢水深度處理站,達標廢水全部回用于生產(chǎn);增設初期雨水處理站,初期雨水處理達標后外排或回用;增設生活污水處理設施,生活污水處理達標后回用于綠化或澆灑道路。工程實施后,能較好地解決含重金屬離子污水對環(huán)境的污染,滿足現(xiàn)行國家環(huán)保要求,實現(xiàn)企業(yè)社會效益和環(huán)境效益,還可為其它同類銅冶煉企業(yè)提供良好的參考與示范。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the improvement of environmental protection technology and the increasingly severe environmental protection situation, the industry standard conditions, cleaner production standards and other environmental protection policies related to copper smelting enterprises have been issued continuously, in order to save water resources and protect the water environment, Jinlong company implements water environment comprehensive treatment project. Jinlong Company is the first large flash copper smelter designed by itself in China. The process is long and complex. By analyzing the sources and properties of wastewater from copper smelting enterprises, the present situation of water environment in Jinlong Company is investigated deeply and meticulously. In view of the actual situation of domestic copper smelting enterprises, there is a large amount of total water supply and drainage in Jinlong Company, the reuse rate of industrial water is on the low side, and the drainage pipe network is a combined flow system. The SS,COD and heavy metal elements are not stable up to the standard at ordinary times and when it rains. The treatment capacity of the sewage treatment station is not enough and the accident pool is not set up. The main technical measures are as follows: (1) Water saving and pollution reduction, decontamination and diversion, pollution control, multi-use of water, collection, treatment and reuse of production wastewater, increasing the reuse rate of industrial water, and minimizing the amount of wastewater production, Reduce terminal management costs. Improve equipment circulating cooling water facilities, add domestic sewage pipes and collection ponds, increase production wastewater pipes and collection ponds, treat and collect contaminated sites and roads not collected at present in the factory area, and wash water from roads, Rain Water at the beginning of the road, In order to prevent the pollution of external water body, Rain Water drainage system is reformed and the external drainage outlet of the factory is reduced. In order to prevent the pollution of the external water body, an accident and an initial Rain Water collection pool are set up in front of each drain outlet. (2) various kinds of wastewater treatment and reuse facilities are added or renovated. To rebuild and expand the acid sewage treatment station to improve the sewage treatment capacity, to increase the advanced treatment station of wastewater, to reuse all the wastewater up to the standard in production, to add the initial Rain Water treatment station, and to discharge or reuse the wastewater after the initial UNOMI_person1# treatment reached the standard; Additional domestic sewage treatment facilities, domestic sewage treatment standards for reuse in greening or sprinkling roads. After the implementation of the project, the pollution caused by the sewage containing heavy metal ions to the environment can be well solved, the current national environmental protection requirements can be satisfied, and the social and environmental benefits of the enterprise can be realized. It can also provide a good reference and demonstration for other similar copper smelting enterprises.
