鐵碳—芬頓與單一芬頓處理含氯酚模擬廢水效果的對比分析

【摘要】:采用鐵碳—芬頓組合工藝處理含氯酚模擬廢水,對比鐵碳—芬頓工藝與單一芬頓在相同進出水條件下芬頓藥劑的消耗量,以及最優(yōu)加藥條件下鐵泥的產(chǎn)生量,考察鐵碳對芬頓在藥劑消耗量和鐵泥產(chǎn)生量上的改進效果。結(jié)果顯示:在進水COD為200mg/L,氯酚為50mg/L的條件下,以COD≤60mg/L,氯酚的去除率≥99.9%為處理目標,鐵碳—芬頓組合工藝與單一芬頓相比,H2O2的用量減少25%,FeSO4·7H2O的用量減少50%,產(chǎn)生的鐵泥量減少約17%,降低了芬頓藥劑和鐵泥處置的成本。
[Abstract]:The simulated wastewater containing chlorophenol was treated by iron-carbon-Fenton combination process. The consumption of Fenton reagent and the amount of iron sludge under the optimum conditions were compared between the iron-carbon-Fenton process and the single Fenton process under the same water inlet and outlet conditions. The effects of iron and carbon on Fenton's consumption and iron sludge production were investigated.
