聚合羥基磷酸鐵對(duì)土壤中鎘和鉛的固定(英文)

【摘要】:利用二氧化鈦生產(chǎn)過程中產(chǎn)生的富含硫酸亞鐵的副產(chǎn)物在堿性條件下制備聚合羥基磷酸鐵(PHFP),用于固定土壤中的鉛和鎘。利用傅里葉變換紅外光譜和X射線衍射分析所制備聚合羥基磷酸鐵的結(jié)構(gòu)特征;采用改進(jìn)的Tessier連續(xù)提取法并模擬酸雨淋溶以評(píng)價(jià)土壤中鎘和鉛的固定效果。結(jié)果表明,羥基磷酸鐵是一種含有復(fù)雜OH—Fe—P結(jié)構(gòu)的多聚物,主要由Fe_6(OH)_5(H_2O)_4(PO_4)_4(H_2O)_2和Fe_25(PO_4)_(14)(OH)_(24)組成。當(dāng)其以4%的比例加入土壤中,土壤中DTPA提取態(tài)鎘和鉛的去除率分別達(dá)33%和45%,水溶態(tài)鎘和鉛的去除率分別降低了56%和58%。鎘和鉛的固定是由于水溶態(tài)、交換態(tài)和碳酸鹽結(jié)合態(tài)轉(zhuǎn)化為鐵錳氧化物結(jié)合態(tài)、有機(jī)結(jié)合態(tài)和殘?jiān)鼞B(tài)。模擬酸雨淋溶下,采用羥基磷酸鐵修復(fù)后土壤中鎘和鉛的釋放量較修復(fù)前分別下降了53%和52%。結(jié)果表明該羥基磷酸鐵具有修復(fù)鎘和鉛污染土壤的應(yīng)用潛力。
[Abstract]:The polyhydroxy-ferric phosphate (PHFP),) was prepared from the by-product rich in ferrous sulfate from titanium dioxide production in alkaline condition for the purpose of immobilization of lead and cadmium in soil. The structural characteristics of polymeric ferric hydroxyl phosphate prepared by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) were analyzed, and the modified Tessier method was used to evaluate the fixation effect of cadmium and lead in soil by simulated acid rain leaching. The results show that ferric hydroxyl phosphate is a kind of polymer with complex OH-Fe-P structure, which is mainly composed of Fe_6 (OH) _ 5 (H _ 2O) _ 4 (PO_4) _ 4 (H _ 2O) _ 2 and Fe_25 (PO_4) _ (14) (OH) _ (24). When it was added to the soil at a ratio of 4%, the removal rates of cadmium and lead extracted by DTPA reached 33% and 45%, respectively, and the removal rates of water-soluble cadmium and lead decreased by 56% and 58%, respectively. The immobilization of cadmium and lead is due to the water-soluble state, exchange state and carbonate bound state transformed into Fe-Mn oxide bound state, organic bound state and residue state. After simulated acid rain leaching, the release of cadmium and lead decreased by 53% and 52% respectively after the treatment with ferric hydroxyl phosphate. The results showed that the hydroxy ferric phosphate had the potential of remediation of cadmium and lead contaminated soil.
