鉛鋅冶煉區(qū)農(nóng)田土壤中多環(huán)芳烴污染特征、源解析和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)

【摘要】:采用快速溶劑萃取(ASE)、凝膠滲透色譜凈化(GPC)協(xié)同高效液相色譜(HPLC)檢測(cè)方法,分析貴州省典型鉛鋅冶煉區(qū)赫章縣41個(gè)表層農(nóng)田土壤樣品中16種優(yōu)控多環(huán)芳烴(PAHs)的含量水平,并對(duì)其污染特征、來(lái)源和生態(tài)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行了分析.結(jié)果表明:典型鉛鋅冶煉區(qū)媽姑鎮(zhèn)農(nóng)田土壤∑PAHs的含量范圍為196~11592μg·kg~(-1),算術(shù)均值和中位值分別為1500μg·kg~(-1)和780μg·kg~(-1),媽姑鎮(zhèn)高含量的∑PAHs積累可能與當(dāng)?shù)亻L(zhǎng)時(shí)間的鉛鋅冶煉活動(dòng)有關(guān).PAHs組分特征表現(xiàn)出以2~3環(huán)和4環(huán)多環(huán)芳烴為主.根據(jù)荷蘭土壤干預(yù)值,媽姑鎮(zhèn)農(nóng)田土壤96.6%受到了不同程度的污染,其中,輕微污染、中度污染和重度污染所占比例分別為31.0%、24.1%和41.5%.研究區(qū)域PAHs的主要來(lái)源為煤和生物質(zhì)的不完全燃燒及石油源.媽姑鎮(zhèn)的新廠村、何家沖村、平橋組、拱橋村及赫章縣的達(dá)依鄉(xiāng)采樣點(diǎn)土壤中PAHs的TEQBap10超過(guò)了荷蘭土壤干預(yù)值規(guī)定的TEQBap10限值33.0μg·kg~(-1),說(shuō)明赫章縣、尤其是赫章縣典型鉛鋅冶煉區(qū)媽姑鎮(zhèn)農(nóng)田土壤已受到PAHs的污染,存在潛在的生態(tài)風(fēng)險(xiǎn).
