包埋固定化活性污泥脫氮特性與微生物群落分析

【摘要】:采用包埋固定化活性污泥法進(jìn)行污水深度處理脫氮,針對不同初始總氮濃度的模擬廢水,基于序批式間歇反應(yīng)器的小試實驗,探討了包埋顆粒的脫氮效果及其微生物種群特性.結(jié)果表明,在包埋顆粒的體積投加率為10%,實驗水溫為10~15℃,DO為2~4 mg·L~(-1)和初始COD濃度為80~100 mg·L~(-1)條件下,不同初始總氮濃度(10~45 mg·L~(-1))和C/N比(1.78~10)的各反應(yīng)器中,穩(wěn)定期包埋顆粒的最大總氮去除負(fù)荷為7.78~23.18 mg·(L·h)~(-1).掃描電鏡發(fā)現(xiàn),包埋顆粒具有較好的孔隙結(jié)構(gòu),且顆粒內(nèi)部與表面均存在微生物附著生長,已成為微生物的良好載體.高通量測序結(jié)果表明,較初始包埋污泥,包埋顆粒內(nèi)部與表面的微生物群落構(gòu)成發(fā)生了顯著變化,包埋顆粒內(nèi)微生物多樣性良好,顆粒中脫氮菌屬優(yōu)勢明顯.包埋顆粒中存在異養(yǎng)硝化-好氧反硝化菌屬,提升了包埋顆粒內(nèi)非傳統(tǒng)生物脫氮途徑的潛能.
