硅酸水垢及防治方法研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:在水資源再生利用過(guò)程中水中硅酸會(huì)沉淀在設(shè)備管道內(nèi)壁或膜表面形成硅垢,影響設(shè)備的正常運(yùn)行。硅垢的主要成分為無(wú)機(jī)硅酸鹽和無(wú)定形SiO_2,是最難處理的水垢。抑制硅垢的方法有設(shè)備內(nèi)添加阻垢劑和設(shè)備外預(yù)處理降低硅酸濃度等。設(shè)備內(nèi)添加阻垢劑的方法又包括提高硅酸溶解度法和投加分散劑法;設(shè)備外預(yù)處理降低硅酸濃度的方法包括超濾膜法、反滲透膜法、絮凝法、離子交換法等。
[Abstract]:In the process of water resources recycling, silicic acid in water will precipitate on the inner wall or film surface of the equipment pipeline, which will affect the normal operation of the equipment. The main components of silicon scale are inorganic silicate and amorphous SiO_2, are the most difficult to deal with the scale. The methods of inhibiting silicon scale include adding scale inhibitor in the equipment and pretreating outside the equipment to reduce the concentration of silicic acid. The methods of adding scale inhibitor in the equipment include improving the solubility of silicic acid and adding dispersant, and the methods of reducing the concentration of silicic acid by pretreatment outside the equipment include ultrafiltration membrane method, reverse osmosis membrane method, flocculation method, ion exchange method and so on.
