汽車涂裝廢水反滲透膜濃縮“零排放”技術(shù)實(shí)踐

【摘要】:介紹了反滲透膜濃縮零排放技術(shù)在某汽車廠無錫基地的含氮磷廢水零排放項(xiàng)目中的應(yīng)用情況。該系統(tǒng)將16 m~3/h經(jīng)生化處理后的廢水濃縮至0.25 m~3/h,TDS的質(zhì)量濃度約80 g/L,然后進(jìn)入減壓干燥系統(tǒng),最終生成含鹽固體,反滲透產(chǎn)生的清潔產(chǎn)水作為涂裝工藝用水。運(yùn)行結(jié)果表明,反滲透膜濃縮系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行良好,系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)生的純凈水電導(dǎo)率≤200μS/cm,Cl-、Ca~(2+)的質(zhì)量濃度分別≤25、≤10 mg/L,產(chǎn)水全部回收油漆車間涂裝生產(chǎn)線和循環(huán)冷卻水,每年產(chǎn)出90 kt的淡水。能耗合理,是一種企業(yè)"用得起"的廢水零排放技術(shù)。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces the application of reverse osmosis membrane concentration zero emission technology in the zero discharge project of nitrogen and phosphorus wastewater in Wuxi base of automobile factory. In this system, the wastewater treated by biochemical treatment of 16mg / h was concentrated to the mass concentration of 0.25 mg / 3 / h TDs, then entered into the vacuum drying system, and finally the salt-containing solid was formed, and the clean water produced by reverse osmosis was used as the water for coating process.
