PU海綿填料-SBBR處理氨氮廢水啟動(dòng)特性研究

【摘要】:分析了PU海綿填料-SBBR反應(yīng)器在無(wú)有機(jī)碳源條件下處理模擬氨氮廢水的啟動(dòng)特性。結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)PU海綿填充率為50%、進(jìn)水p H值為7.5~7.6時(shí),運(yùn)行13 d后,氨氮去除率達(dá)到70%以上,實(shí)現(xiàn)了PU海綿填料-SBBR反應(yīng)器的快速啟動(dòng)。在啟動(dòng)第16天時(shí),亞硝態(tài)氮積累率及總氮去除率分別為72.2%及47.4%,即出現(xiàn)明顯的短程硝化反硝化現(xiàn)象。測(cè)定典型周期內(nèi)p H值、DO、ORP參數(shù)發(fā)現(xiàn),這三個(gè)參數(shù)隨氨氮的變化表現(xiàn)出明顯的不同,對(duì)后期反應(yīng)條件的控制具有指導(dǎo)意義。SEM結(jié)果表明,生物膜上的微生物主要由球菌、桿菌及絲狀菌構(gòu)成。PU海綿填料-SBBR反應(yīng)器通過(guò)控制可實(shí)現(xiàn)在無(wú)外碳源下較高的總氮去除率。
[Abstract]:The start-up characteristics of PU sponge filler-SBBR reactor for treating simulated ammonia nitrogen wastewater without organic carbon source were analyzed. The results showed that when the filling ratio of PU sponge was 50 and the pH value of influent was 7.5 ~ 7.6, the ammonia nitrogen removal rate reached more than 70% after 13 days of operation. The rapid start-up of PU sponge filler and SBBR reactor was realized. On the 16th day, the nitrite accumulation rate and the total nitrogen removal rate were 72.2% and 47.4%, respectively, which showed obvious short-cut nitrification and denitrification phenomenon. It was found that the three parameters were different with the change of ammonia nitrogen in typical cycle. The results of SEM showed that the microbes on biofilm were mainly cocci. The control of bacilli and filamentous bacilli made up of. Pu sponge filler-SBBR reactor can achieve higher removal rate of total nitrogen without external carbon source.
