【摘要】：采用實(shí)驗(yàn)室規(guī)模的沉淀與膜分離組合工藝處理模擬含放射性I-廢水,初始I-濃度約為5 mg·L~(-1),Na_2SO_3投加量為40 mg·L~(-1),CuCl投加量為260 mg·L~(-1)。分析考察了不同水溫條件下的除碘效果及其他水質(zhì)參數(shù)變化情況和兩個(gè)膜通量4.17×10~(-6) m·s~(-1)和8.33×10~(-6) m·s~(-1)運(yùn)行條件下的膜污染情況。運(yùn)行時(shí)間均為168 h,處理含碘離子的廢水水量為1540 L。兩個(gè)膜通量在各自運(yùn)行期間,平均去除率為94.8%,出水水質(zhì)較穩(wěn)定,但是出水的Cu(Ⅱ)離子含量較高,需要增加后續(xù)除銅工藝;最終膜比通量分別降至初始膜比通量的65.0%和55.0%,膜組件經(jīng)物理和化學(xué)清洗后SF值分別恢復(fù)至初始SF值的90.0%和79.0%。反應(yīng)結(jié)束后兩次試驗(yàn)的CF(濃縮倍數(shù))平均值為2.02×10~3,試驗(yàn)產(chǎn)生的污泥體積較小。
[Abstract]:Simulated radioactive I- containing wastewater was treated by a laboratory-scale precipitation and membrane separation process. The initial concentration of I- was about 5 mg L-1 and Na2SO3 was 40 mg L-1 ~ (-1) CuCl was added to 260 mg L-1. The effect of iodine removal and other water quality parameters under different water temperature conditions and the membrane fouling under two membrane fluxes of 4.17 脳 10 ~ (-6) s ~ (-1) and 8.33 脳 10 ~ (-6) Ms ~ (-1) were analyzed and investigated.
