細(xì)菌對(duì)城市污水中斜生柵藻生長(zhǎng)與產(chǎn)脂的影響

【摘要】:研究并分析了EM菌和LAS菌對(duì)斜生柵藻(Scenedesmus obliquus)生長(zhǎng)和油脂積累的促進(jìn)作用.結(jié)果表明:添加上述2種細(xì)菌對(duì)城市污水中斜生柵藻的干重和油脂產(chǎn)量有顯著的促進(jìn)作用,其油脂產(chǎn)量分別提高了36.2%和21.5%.通過對(duì)生成的脂肪酸甲酯進(jìn)行氣相色譜分析,結(jié)果顯示EM菌的添加提升了斜生柵藻單不飽和脂肪酸的含量,有利于提升所得生物柴油的質(zhì)量.培養(yǎng)結(jié)束后污水的菌群結(jié)構(gòu)分析顯示投加細(xì)菌會(huì)增加污水中菌群的豐富度和多樣性,且相比于對(duì)照組,加菌后的試驗(yàn)組中?-Proteobacteria、?-Proteobacteria豐度有所提高,而擬桿菌門(Bacteroidetes)豐度有所降低.
[Abstract]:The effects of EM and LAS on the growth and oil accumulation of (Scenedesmus obliquus) were studied and analyzed. The results showed that the addition of the two bacteria could significantly promote the dry weight and oil yield of S. obliquus in municipal sewage, and the oil yield increased by 36.2% and 21.5%, respectively. The gas chromatographic analysis of the fatty acid methyl ester showed that the addition of EM bacteria increased the content of monounsaturated fatty acids and improved the quality of biodiesel. The microflora structure analysis of sewage after culture showed that adding bacteria could increase the richness and diversity of bacteria in sewage, and compared with the control group, the abundance of (Bacteroidetes) in the experimental group increased and the (Bacteroidetes) abundance of Bacteroid decreased.
