一氧化碳對定點(diǎn)位電解法測定燒結(jié)煙道氣二氧化硫干擾的研究

【摘要】:本文針對用定電位電解法測定鋼鐵企業(yè)燒結(jié)機(jī)機(jī)頭煙氣中一氧化碳對二氧化硫的干擾進(jìn)行研究。針對二氧化硫的監(jiān)測方法,選取了非分散紅外法和定電位電解法進(jìn)行比對。采用一氧化碳標(biāo)準(zhǔn)氣體實(shí)驗(yàn),不同濃度的一氧化碳標(biāo)準(zhǔn)氣體對二氧化硫測試儀的顯示值貢獻(xiàn),得出線性回歸方程,建立數(shù)學(xué)模型,采取分段式的數(shù)學(xué)模型,對一氧化碳濃度值進(jìn)行二氧化硫測試儀修正,最后實(shí)地現(xiàn)場對鋼鐵燒結(jié)機(jī)頭煙氣進(jìn)行監(jiān)測,得出二氧化硫數(shù)據(jù)和非分散紅外法測出二氧化硫數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行比對。實(shí)際實(shí)驗(yàn)表明,嶗應(yīng)3012型測試儀修正后的數(shù)據(jù)和嶗應(yīng)3026型紅外分析儀測定數(shù)據(jù)得出相對誤差結(jié)果范圍在-10.71%~8.14%,誤差在15%內(nèi),數(shù)據(jù)之間基本無顯著性差異。德圖350型分析儀嶗應(yīng)3026型紅外分析儀測定數(shù)據(jù)得出相對誤差結(jié)果范圍在-8.24%~9.88%,誤差在15%內(nèi),數(shù)據(jù)之間基本無顯著性差異。3012型測試儀和350型分析儀倆者實(shí)際測得的數(shù)據(jù)得出相對誤差結(jié)果范圍在-5.56%~4.76%,誤差在15%內(nèi),數(shù)據(jù)之間基本無顯著性差異。3012型測試儀和350型分析儀倆者修正后的數(shù)據(jù)得出相對誤差結(jié)果范圍在-12.36%~10.26%,誤差在15%內(nèi),數(shù)據(jù)之間基本無顯著性差異。在實(shí)際監(jiān)測高濃度一氧化碳過程中,應(yīng)對實(shí)際監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)后進(jìn)行人工修正,或在定電位電解法儀器中對系統(tǒng)內(nèi)軟件程序進(jìn)行升級,也可使用非分散紅外法儀器。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the interference of carbon monoxide to sulfur dioxide in the flue gas of sintering machine head of iron and steel enterprise is studied by means of constant potential electrolysis. According to the monitoring method of sulfur dioxide, the non-dispersive infrared method and fixed-potential electrolysis method were selected to compare them. In the experiment of carbon monoxide standard gas, the contribution of different concentration of carbon monoxide standard gas to the display value of sulfur dioxide tester is obtained, the linear regression equation is obtained, the mathematical model is established, and the segmental mathematical model is adopted. The carbon monoxide concentration is modified by sulfur dioxide tester. Finally, the flue gas of iron and steel sintering machine is monitored on the spot, and the sulfur dioxide data are compared with those measured by non-dispersive infrared method. The actual experiment shows that the corrected data of Lao Ying 3012 tester and the data measured by Lao Ying 3026 infrared analyzer show that the relative error range is -10.71 1 / 8.14, the error is within 15%, and there is no significant difference between the data. Detu-350 Analyzer Lao Lao should measure the data of Model 3026 Infrared Analyzer. The result of relative error is -8.24 and 9.88, and the error is within 15%. There is basically no significant difference between the data. The actual data measured by the type 3012 tester and the 350 type analyzer show that the relative error results range from -5.56 to 4.76, and the error is within 15%. There was no significant difference between the data. The revised data obtained from the data obtained by the model 3012 tester and the 350 type analyzer showed that the range of relative error was -12.36 and 10.26, the error was within 15%, and there was no significant difference between the data. In the process of actual monitoring of high concentration carbon monoxide, manual correction should be carried out after actual monitoring data, or the software program in the system should be upgraded in the fixed potential electrolysis instrument, and the non-dispersive infrared instrument should also be used.
