【摘要】:針對低溫NO氧化催化劑抗水性和抗硫性能差等問題,采用silicalite-1分子篩為催化劑,在NO進口濃度為0.06%條件下,考察了相對濕度(0%~100%)、空速、氧氣濃度(5%~20%)與二氧化硫濃度(0%~0.04%)等因素對NO催化氧化的影響.研究結(jié)果表明,在30℃,空速為14400h~(-1)條件下,相對濕度從0%增大到100%時,NO氧化率從56%下降到42%,并可以一直保持穩(wěn)定,SO_2濃度在0%~0.04%均不會對NO氧化反應(yīng)造成影響.60h催化劑穩(wěn)定性實驗結(jié)果表明,在30℃,NO進口濃度為0.06%,空速為7200h~(-1),SO_2濃度為0.01%時,飽和水汽下的NO氧化率能穩(wěn)定地維持在52%,說明silicalite-1分子篩具有良好的NO氧化穩(wěn)定性、抗水汽和抗硫性能.
