高含固污泥臨界剪切應(yīng)力影響因素的研究

【摘要】:為了進一步研究高含固污泥的流變特性,根據(jù)污泥含固率rTS選擇改進的Herschel-Bulkley流變模型,以模擬污泥在反應(yīng)器中的合理流動,并對污泥種類、含固率、剪切速率范圍、溫度對高含固污泥流變曲線中臨界應(yīng)力的影響進行了實驗研究。實驗中采用含固率rTS為5.2%~15.8%的厭氧消化污泥,在0.01~1 000s-1的剪切速率范圍內(nèi)進行穩(wěn)態(tài)流變特性的測試。結(jié)果表明:當rTS8.8%時,流變曲線符合Herschel-Bulkley模型;當rTS8.8%時,流變曲線在1~10s-1內(nèi)出現(xiàn)臨界剪切應(yīng)力,符合改進的Herschel-Bulkley模型;臨界剪切應(yīng)力與污泥含固率、剪切速率范圍有關(guān),與污泥的種類、成分組成、測試溫度以及厭氧消化時間無關(guān);臨界剪切應(yīng)力對應(yīng)的臨界剪切速率6)γc與含固率之間呈線性關(guān)系。該結(jié)果可為污泥物理化學(xué)性質(zhì)研究提供一定的參考。
[Abstract]:In order to further study the rheological characteristics of high solid sludge, an improved Herschel-Bulkley rheological model was selected according to the solid content of sludge rTS to simulate the reasonable flow of sludge in the reactor. The effect of temperature on critical stress in rheological curve of high solid sludge was studied experimentally. The steady-state rheological properties of anaerobic digested sludge with a solid content of rTS of 5.2% and 15.8% were measured in the shear rate range of 0.01 000s-1. The results show that the rheological curve accords with the Herschel-Bulkley model when rTS8.8%, and the critical shear stress in 1~10s-1 with the modified Herschel-Bulkley model when rTS8.8%, the critical shear stress is related to the solid content of sludge, the range of shear rate, and the type of sludge. The composition, test temperature and anaerobic digestion time are independent, and the critical shear rate (6) 緯 c corresponding to critical shear stress is linearly related to the solid content. The results can provide some reference for the study of physical and chemical properties of sludge.
