【摘要】：為研究不同污染物處理過程中清潔生產(chǎn)技術(shù)的差別,以現(xiàn)有環(huán)境技術(shù)效率的研究為基礎(chǔ),提出工業(yè)清潔生產(chǎn)技術(shù)效率概念,并基于非期望產(chǎn)出角度的SBM模型,評價我國除西藏外30個省市的工業(yè)清潔生產(chǎn)技術(shù)效率。研究表明,在我國廢水、廢氣和固廢處理過程中,工業(yè)清潔生產(chǎn)技術(shù)效率存在著顯著差異,其中工業(yè)廢水處理過程中的清潔生產(chǎn)技術(shù)效率整體水平最高且發(fā)展趨勢最好;由區(qū)域和省域分析可知,各地區(qū)不同污染物處理過程中,工業(yè)清潔生產(chǎn)技術(shù)效率差異明顯,不僅需要分地區(qū)制定污染物處理控制政策,還需要針對不同種類污染物的控制情況采取相應(yīng)措施。
[Abstract]:In order to study the difference of cleaner production technology in different pollutant treatment process, based on the existing environmental technology efficiency, the concept of cleaner production technology efficiency in industry is put forward, and the SBM model based on non-expected output angle is proposed. To evaluate the technical efficiency of cleaner industrial production in 30 provinces and cities except Tibet. The results show that there are significant differences in the technical efficiency of industrial cleaner production in the process of wastewater, waste gas and solid waste treatment in China, among which the overall level of clean production technology efficiency is the highest and the development trend is the best in the process of industrial wastewater treatment. Regional and provincial analysis shows that there are obvious differences in the technical efficiency of industrial cleaner production in the process of different pollutant treatment in different regions, and it is not only necessary to formulate pollutant treatment and control policies in different regions. It is also necessary to take corresponding measures for the control of different kinds of pollutants.
