杏北油田注入水質(zhì)處理技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:油田開發(fā)進入了中后期,原油的含水率已達到了70%以上。油水分離所產(chǎn)生的大量污水若得不到妥善處理,會給環(huán)境帶來極大的危害。所以目前油田大多采取對油田污水進行處理并回注的方法,這樣油田污水的處理便尤為重要。本文以2016年杏北油田的27座污水站所存在的主要問題為依據(jù),以杏二十五深度污水處理站和杏十九深度污水處理站為主要研究對象,從過濾系統(tǒng)、加藥系統(tǒng)兩個方面對影響污水水質(zhì)的各個節(jié)點逐一進行分析,結(jié)合室內(nèi)試驗優(yōu)化站庫運行參數(shù),提高污水處理水質(zhì)。本文提出了根據(jù)污水過濾罐的反沖洗曲線直接判斷過濾罐內(nèi)部情況的方法,結(jié)合現(xiàn)場過濾罐開罐檢查進行了方法驗證。此方法應(yīng)用到實際生產(chǎn)中可及時發(fā)現(xiàn)過濾罐存在的問題,并減輕工人的勞動量。針對污染過濾罐優(yōu)化了其反沖洗參數(shù)。并對污染的過濾罐提出了使用高溫熱水浸泡沖洗的方法,與投加破乳劑進行對比試驗,得出70℃高溫熱水清洗污染過濾罐的效果比較明顯。殺菌劑與絮凝劑是深度污水處理站較為常用的兩種化學(xué)藥劑,針對杏北油田深度污水含聚的現(xiàn)象更換了GNSJ-01型殺菌劑、新增干粉絮凝裝置,試驗得出最佳運行參數(shù)。
[Abstract]:In the middle and late stage of oilfield development, the water cut of crude oil has reached more than 70%. If a large amount of sewage produced by oil-water separation is not properly treated, it will bring great harm to the environment. So at present, most oilfields adopt the method of treating oilfield sewage and injecting it back, so the treatment of oilfield sewage is particularly important. Based on the main problems existing in 27 sewage stations in Xingbei Oilfield in 2016, and taking Xing 25 advanced sewage treatment station and Xing 19 deep sewage treatment station as the main research objects, the filtration system is introduced in this paper. The two aspects of the dosing system are analyzed one by one for each node affecting the wastewater quality, and combined with the indoor test to optimize the operation parameters of the station and storehouse, to improve the sewage treatment quality. This paper presents a method to directly judge the internal condition of the filter tank according to the backwash curve of the sewage filter tank, and the method is verified by the on-site inspection of the filter tank opening. This method can be used in practical production to find out the problems existing in the filter tank and to reduce the amount of labor of the workers. The backwashing parameters of the filter tank are optimized.
