【摘要】：基于2009—2013年中國30個(gè)省(市、區(qū))的面板數(shù)據(jù),采用空間基尼系數(shù)法、因子分析法對(duì)區(qū)域高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚和生態(tài)環(huán)境的綜合發(fā)展水平進(jìn)行測算,并構(gòu)建Tapio脫鉤指數(shù)和追趕脫鉤指數(shù)模型,實(shí)證分析了區(qū)域高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚與生態(tài)環(huán)境的脫鉤關(guān)系。結(jié)果表明:各省在考察期內(nèi)的高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚與生態(tài)環(huán)境綜合發(fā)展水平總體偏低,且高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚水平整體滯后于生態(tài)環(huán)境水平;區(qū)域高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚水平增長幅度相當(dāng)小,生態(tài)環(huán)境水平呈現(xiàn)波動(dòng)式下降趨勢(shì),并呈現(xiàn)"東部東北部中部西部"的空間分布格局。大部分省份在全時(shí)間段內(nèi)的Tapio脫鉤指數(shù)和追趕脫鉤指數(shù)均表現(xiàn)為擴(kuò)張式,追趕省份與模仿省份的高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚差距逐步縮小,但生態(tài)環(huán)境差距不斷擴(kuò)大。
[Abstract]:Based on the panel data of 30 provinces (municipalities and districts) in China from 2009 to 2013, the spatial Gini coefficient method and factor analysis were used to measure the comprehensive development level of regional high-tech industry agglomeration and ecological environment. Tapio decoupling index and catch-up decoupling index model are constructed, and the decoupling relationship between regional high-tech industry agglomeration and ecological environment is analyzed empirically. The results show that the comprehensive development level of high-tech industry agglomeration and ecological environment is on the low side, and the level of high-tech industry agglomeration lags behind the ecological environment level, and the regional hi-tech industry agglomeration level increases very little. The ecological environment level shows a fluctuating downward trend, and presents the spatial distribution pattern of "east, northeast, central and west". The Tapio decoupling index and catch-up decoupling index of most provinces in the whole time period are both expansionary. The gap between catch-up provinces and mimic provinces of high-tech industry agglomeration is gradually narrowed, but the ecological environment gap continues to expand.
