上下流室寬度比對厭氧折流板反應(yīng)器水力特性的影響

【摘要】:借助計(jì)算流體力學(xué)技術(shù)(CFD)獲取四組厭氧折流板反應(yīng)器(ABR,上下流室寬度比分別為2:1、3:1、4:1及5:1)的停留時(shí)間分布(RTD),并計(jì)算串聯(lián)數(shù)(N)、擴(kuò)散數(shù)(D/μL)及水力死區(qū)容積占比(V_d/V)等參數(shù),以分析反應(yīng)器流動、混合等水力特性;在此基礎(chǔ)上選擇最佳上下流室寬度比值,優(yōu)化ABR反應(yīng)器的設(shè)計(jì)。結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)容積和理論水力停留時(shí)間(HRT)相同時(shí),提高上下流室寬度比,N隨之降低,最低值為4.80,而D/μL呈上升趨勢,最大值為0.118;V_d/V隨上下流室寬度比的增大,呈先下降后升高的趨勢,比值為4:1時(shí)V_d/V最小,僅為3.13%。選取水力效率(λ)作為反應(yīng)器的水力評價(jià)指標(biāo),在2:1~4:1的流室寬度比范圍內(nèi),λ相差不大,屬于理想范圍。綜合考慮反應(yīng)器流動混合特性、死區(qū)占比及水力效率,確定反應(yīng)器的最佳上下流室寬度比為4:1。
[Abstract]:The residence time distribution (RTD) of four groups of anaerobic baffle reactor (ABR) with the upper and lower flow chamber widths of 2: 1: 1: 4: 1 and 5:1 were obtained by means of computational fluid dynamics (CFD). The parameters of series number (N), diffusion number (D / 渭 L) and dead zone volume ratio (Vd-V) were calculated. The flow and mixing hydraulic characteristics of the reactor were analyzed and the optimum ratio of upper and lower flow chamber width was selected to optimize the design of ABR reactor. The results show that when the volume is the same as the theoretical hydraulic retention time (HRT), the increase of the upper and lower chamber width ratio N decreases and the lowest value is 4.80, while the maximum value of D / 渭 L is 0.118 Vd / V with the increase of the upper-downflow chamber width ratio. The ratio of Vd / V at 4:1 was the smallest, only 3.13. The hydraulic efficiency (位) is chosen as the hydraulic evaluation index of the reactor. Within the ratio of flow chamber width of 2: 1 to 4: 1, 位 has little difference and belongs to the ideal range. Considering the flow mixing characteristics of the reactor, the ratio of dead zone and hydraulic efficiency, the optimum ratio of upper and lower flow chamber width is determined to be 4: 1.
