地下煤火典型污染物產(chǎn)出特征實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:地下煤火是在地下一定的空間范圍內(nèi)煤層由于人為因素或者自燃引起的煤炭燃燒,在產(chǎn)煤國普遍存在。在中國,以新疆地下煤火問題最嚴(yán)重,煤火現(xiàn)象的發(fā)生,已對(duì)周圍環(huán)境造成嚴(yán)重的破壞,如何科學(xué)的評(píng)價(jià)地下煤火對(duì)環(huán)境的影響,揭示煤火環(huán)境影響機(jī)理,是煤火領(lǐng)域需研究解決的重要問題之一,其中煤火污染物的產(chǎn)出特征是其核心研究內(nèi)容。本論文以新疆準(zhǔn)東礦區(qū)火區(qū)燃燒煤層作為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)燃燒煤層煤樣進(jìn)行熱重實(shí)驗(yàn)、程序升溫氧化實(shí)驗(yàn)和FACTSage數(shù)值模擬,從煤氧反應(yīng)生成物、煤氧反應(yīng)動(dòng)力學(xué)參數(shù)及煤質(zhì)、反應(yīng)溫度、煤樣粒徑等角度,開展了地下煤火典型污染物產(chǎn)出特征實(shí)驗(yàn)研究。通過熱重實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù),計(jì)算得到研究區(qū)實(shí)驗(yàn)煤樣(準(zhǔn)東北山、準(zhǔn)東特變電、準(zhǔn)東國網(wǎng)能源、準(zhǔn)東紅沙泉B2、準(zhǔn)東五彩灣、準(zhǔn)東紅沙泉B1)的反應(yīng)特征溫度、燃燒反應(yīng)活化能及煤氧反應(yīng)速度常數(shù),分析了粒徑、煤質(zhì)對(duì)活化能的影響。結(jié)果表明:隨煤樣粒徑減小,煤氧反應(yīng)特征溫度、活化能呈一定程度波動(dòng);隨煤中固定碳含量增加,活化能呈遞增趨勢;隨著煤中灰分、全硫含量逐漸增加,活化能呈遞減趨勢。通過程序升溫氧化實(shí)驗(yàn),分析得到200℃以內(nèi)實(shí)驗(yàn)煤樣(準(zhǔn)東紅沙泉B2、準(zhǔn)東紅沙泉B1)煙氣產(chǎn)物種類及粒徑、煤質(zhì)、反應(yīng)溫度對(duì)其含量的影響。結(jié)果表明:實(shí)驗(yàn)煤樣煤氧反應(yīng)氣體產(chǎn)物主要以CO2和CO為主,并伴有少量CnHm氣體產(chǎn)物;隨煤樣粒徑減小,CO2、CO、CH4、C2H2、C2H4、C2H6、C3H8產(chǎn)出量呈不規(guī)則變化;反應(yīng)溫度逐漸升高,產(chǎn)物含量均呈上升趨勢。典型氣體產(chǎn)出速率、耗氧速率、煤氧反應(yīng)速度常數(shù)呈一致變化趨勢。通過FACTSage模擬,分析溫度在100℃、200℃、300℃、500℃、700℃、900℃、1100℃時(shí),煤氧反應(yīng)產(chǎn)物的種類及Hg、As元素的分布特征。結(jié)果表明:煤氧反應(yīng)產(chǎn)物主要以CO2和CO為主,并伴有微量Hg、As的化合物。通過本論文研究,分析了研究區(qū)燃燒煤層煤樣的煤氧反應(yīng)動(dòng)力學(xué)參數(shù)、煙氣產(chǎn)物種類和含量以及微量元素Hg、As的形態(tài)分布,初次定量研究了火區(qū)燃燒煤層典型氣體產(chǎn)物的產(chǎn)出特征。
[Abstract]:Underground coal fire is a kind of coal combustion caused by human factors or spontaneous combustion in a certain space under the ground, which is common in coal-producing countries. In China, the problem of underground coal fire in Xinjiang is the most serious, and the occurrence of coal fire phenomenon has caused serious damage to the surrounding environment. How to scientifically evaluate the impact of underground coal fire on the environment and reveal the mechanism of coal fire environmental impact? It is one of the important problems to be solved in the field of coal and fire, in which the production characteristics of pollutants from coal and fire are the core research contents. In this paper, the combustion coal seam in the fire area of Zhundong mining area in Xinjiang is studied. The thermogravimetric test, programmed oxidation test and FACTSage numerical simulation are carried out on the coal sample of the combustion coal seam, and the results of coal oxygen reaction, coal oxygen reaction kinetic parameters and coal quality are analyzed. The characteristics of typical pollutants produced by underground coal fire were studied experimentally from reaction temperature and particle size of coal sample. Based on thermogravimetric experimental data, the reaction characteristic temperatures of coal samples (quasi-northeast mountain, special substation, energy source of Zhondongguowan, Hongsha Spring B2, Wucai Bay, Hongsha Quan B1) in the study area were calculated. The activation energy of combustion reaction and the rate constant of coal oxygen reaction were analyzed. The effects of particle size and coal quality on activation energy were analyzed. The results show that the activation energy fluctuates to some extent with the decrease of coal particle size, the activation energy increases with the increase of fixed carbon content in coal, and the total sulfur content increases with ash content in coal. The activation energy is decreasing. Through the temperature programmed oxidation test, the effects of the type and particle size of flue gas products, coal quality and reaction temperature on the content of the flue gas samples (Zhonghongsha Spring B2, Zhongnong Hongsha Spring B1) within 200 鈩,
