【摘要】：2016年5月在青島市城郊的蔬菜基地采集表層土壤和蔬菜的可食部位,采用高效液相色譜紫外/熒光檢測器串聯方法對美國環(huán)保署優(yōu)先控制的16種多環(huán)芳烴(PAHs)進行檢測,分析了土壤和蔬菜中PAHs的含量、組成及兩者含量間的關系,并評價了蔬菜中PAHs的健康風險.結果表明,土壤中16種PAHs的總含量(∑16PAH)范圍為277.0~1548.1μg·kg~(-1),主要呈現PAHs輕、中度污染.蔬菜中∑16PAH的平均含量為222.6μg·kg~(-1),葉菜類、瓜果類和根莖類蔬菜中∑16PAH含量沒有顯著性差異.3類蔬菜中PAHs的組成均是以3環(huán)PAHs為主,比例達到51.4%~56.2%,但根莖類蔬菜中致癌PAHs所占比例高于葉菜類和瓜果類.葉菜類蔬菜中PAHs含量與土壤中PAHs含量具有顯著的正相關關系(r=0.434,p0.05).蔬菜中PAHs的毒性主要來自于7種致癌PAHs,成年人通過攝食蔬菜產生的日平均PAHs暴露量高于其他人群,青島市城郊部分品種蔬菜中的PAHs對人群存在潛在的致癌風險.
[Abstract]:In May 2016, the topsoil and edible parts of vegetables were collected at the vegetable base in the suburbs of Qingdao City. The 16 PAHs controlled by EPA were detected by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) ultraviolet / fluorescence detector in tandem.
