基于失活商業(yè)脫硝催化劑制備的再生SCR催化劑性能研究

【摘要】:為了解決燃煤電廠廢棄商業(yè)SCR催化劑的處理以及充分利用錳基SCR催化劑的低溫活性,提出了失活商業(yè)SCR催化劑再生的新方法:將失活的商業(yè)SCR催化劑作為載體,利用多步浸漬法,將錳氧化物(MnO_x)負(fù)載于載體上,制備成新的脫硝催化劑。利用XRF,XRD,SEM,XPS和N_2等溫吸附等測(cè)試技術(shù)對(duì)新鮮催化劑、失活催化劑以及再生催化劑進(jìn)行表征,以探究再生方法制備的催化劑相比失活催化劑帶來(lái)的變化。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),針對(duì)采用的原始失活催化劑來(lái)說(shuō),MnO_2負(fù)載質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為4.67%時(shí),催化劑的綜合理化性能和催化劑的脫硝活性最優(yōu)。另外,再生的催化劑在250℃條件下仍然可以保持較高的脫硝活性,說(shuō)明再生的催化劑具有更寬的活性溫度窗口。再生催化劑中起到催化作用的是未中毒的V_2O_5以及負(fù)載的MnO_x。MnO_x可能為催化劑帶來(lái)了低溫活性。同時(shí),催化劑在高空速下依然可以保持較高的催化活性。該再生方法不僅可以實(shí)現(xiàn)廢棄的SCR催化劑的再生,還可以提升催化劑的催化性能。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of deactivating commercial SCR catalyst in coal-fired power plant and to make full use of the low temperature activity of mn based SCR catalyst, a new method for regeneration of deactivated commercial SCR catalyst was put forward: deactivated commercial SCR catalyst was used as the carrier, and the deactivated commercial SCR catalyst was used as the carrier. A new catalyst for denitrification was prepared by means of multi-step impregnation method, which was supported on the support of manganese oxide (MNO _ x). The fresh catalyst, deactivated catalyst and regenerated catalyst were characterized by XRF DX SEMX XPS and N\ -2 isothermal adsorption techniques in order to explore the change of the catalyst prepared by the regeneration method compared with the deactivated catalyst. The results showed that the comprehensive physical and chemical properties of the catalyst and the denitrification activity of the catalyst were the best when the loading mass fraction of MNO _ 2 was 4.67 for the original deactivated catalyst. In addition, the regenerated catalyst can still maintain higher denitrification activity at 250 鈩,
