【摘要】：為合理利用好氧顆粒污泥(AGS)這一"稀缺資源",探索培養(yǎng)過程中投加部分成熟AGS對好氧顆�；挠绊憽＝臃N活性污泥并將初始沉降時間設(shè)為20 min,逐步縮短反應(yīng)器的沉降時間,當(dāng)R_(11)、R_(12)及R_(13)的沉降時間分別降至15、10及5 min時投加30%的成熟AGS,結(jié)果R_(12)在16d時即成功實現(xiàn)好氧顆�；�,而R_(11)及R_(13)所需時間分別為21及26 d。采用相同的啟動條件,當(dāng)R_(21)、R_(22)及R_(23)的沉降時間降至10 min時分別接種10%、20%及30%的成熟AGS,三個反應(yīng)器實現(xiàn)好氧顆�；璧臅r間分別為27、24及16 d。由此確定最佳培養(yǎng)條件為沉降時間降至10 min時投加30%的成熟AGS。在10 min時投加AGS有助于維持投加的AGS的穩(wěn)定性,較好地發(fā)揮接種AGS晶核及載體的作用,使得它們避免了經(jīng)歷先解體后重新凝聚的過程,從而極大地縮短了AGS形成所需的時間。
[Abstract]:In order to make rational use of aerobic granular sludge (AGS) as a "scarce resource", the effect of adding some mature AGS on aerobic granulation was explored. Inoculating the activated sludge and setting the initial settling time to 20 mins, the settling time of the reactor was shortened step by step. When the settling time of RW / C / R / S / R / S) and R / D / 13) was reduced to 1510 and 5 min, respectively, 30% mature AGSs were added, and the results showed that the aerobic granulation was achieved at 16 days after inoculation of the activated sludge and the initial settling time was set to 20 mins, and the settling time of the reactor was reduced to 1510 and 5 min, respectively. The time required for this study was 21 and 26 days respectively. Under the same start-up conditions, when the settling time of RSCT / RS / T / R / T _ (22) and R / T _ (23) decreased to 10 min, respectively, 10 20% and 30% of mature AGSs were inoculated. The time required for aerobic granulation in the three reactors was 2724 and 16 days, respectively. The optimum culture conditions are as follows: when the sedimentation time is reduced to 10 min, 30% mature AGSs are added. The addition of AGS at 10 min helps to maintain the stability of the added AGS and play a better role in inoculating the crystal nucleus and carrier of AGS, thus avoiding the process of first disintegrating and then reaggregating, thus greatly shortening the time required for the formation of AGS.
