基于RS和GIS的舟山群島區(qū)域生態(tài)環(huán)境評(píng)價(jià)及應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái),針對(duì)海島的開發(fā)活動(dòng)日益加劇,海島區(qū)域的生態(tài)環(huán)境和人類社會(huì)相互影響、相互制約的矛盾與日劇增,因此加強(qiáng)海島的科學(xué)開發(fā)、監(jiān)測(cè)保護(hù)和使用管理具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。舟山群島新區(qū),是我國(guó)一項(xiàng)海洋經(jīng)濟(jì)戰(zhàn)略決策所成立的新區(qū),共有大小島嶼1390個(gè),從島嶼數(shù)量而言,舟山群島囊括了我國(guó)約四分之一的海島。通過(guò)對(duì)舟山群島區(qū)域生態(tài)環(huán)境評(píng)價(jià)的研究,對(duì)我國(guó)未來(lái)開發(fā)和保護(hù)有人海島和無(wú)人海島,科學(xué)管理,預(yù)測(cè)評(píng)估海島生態(tài)環(huán)境現(xiàn)狀具有重要的典型參考意義。在國(guó)內(nèi)外現(xiàn)有的生態(tài)環(huán)境評(píng)價(jià)基礎(chǔ)之上,以浙江省舟山群島為例,構(gòu)建遙感(RS)和地理信息系統(tǒng)(GIS)技術(shù)的舟山群島區(qū)域生態(tài)環(huán)境評(píng)價(jià)方法:首先以舟山群島2015-2016年高分二號(hào)遙感衛(wèi)星影像為數(shù)據(jù)源,對(duì)全色影像數(shù)據(jù)源進(jìn)行預(yù)處理后,利用RS技術(shù)對(duì)研究區(qū)地物光譜特征進(jìn)行分析,形成舟山群島區(qū)域基礎(chǔ)信息數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù);然后利用GIS技術(shù)將舟山群島離散為多個(gè)生態(tài)環(huán)境評(píng)價(jià)區(qū)域,采用多系統(tǒng)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,運(yùn)用折線型無(wú)量綱化處理后的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),合理利用層次分析法分配權(quán)重,通過(guò)提取植被覆蓋、土地退化、水氣因子和人類活動(dòng)指數(shù),對(duì)生態(tài)環(huán)境狀況綜合指數(shù)計(jì)算,劃分出生態(tài)環(huán)境狀況等級(jí);最后,依據(jù)評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果來(lái)預(yù)測(cè)和評(píng)估整個(gè)舟山群島的生態(tài)環(huán)境現(xiàn)狀,并提出解決對(duì)策和管理建議,并進(jìn)一步研究分析生態(tài)環(huán)境評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果在舟山群島區(qū)域自然、經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的應(yīng)用。提出了研究中的創(chuàng)新和不足,并展望了未來(lái)海島生態(tài)研究的發(fā)展方向。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the development activities of the islands have been increasingly intensified, the ecological environment and human society in the island area have influenced each other, the contradiction and the daily increase of the mutual restriction, so strengthen the scientific development of the islands. Monitoring protection and use management has important practical significance. Zhoushan Archipelago New area is a new area established by a strategic decision of marine economy in China. There are 1390 small and small islands. In terms of the number of islands, Zhoushan Islands include about 1/4 of the islands in China. Through the study of regional ecological environment evaluation of Zhoushan archipelago, it has important typical reference significance for the future development and protection of some islands and uninhabited islands in China, scientific management and prediction and evaluation of the status quo of the ecological environment of islands. Based on the existing ecological environment assessment at home and abroad, taking Zhoushan Islands in Zhejiang Province as an example, The method of regional ecological environment assessment of Zhoushan archipelago based on RS (RS) and GIS (Geographic Information system) technology is constructed. Firstly, the panchromatic image data source is preprocessed with Gaofen 2 remote sensing satellite image of Zhoushan Islands 2015-2016 as data source. The spectral characteristics of ground objects in the study area were analyzed by using RS technology to form the regional basic information database of Zhoushan archipelago, and then the Zhoushan archipelago was discretized into several ecological environment assessment areas by GIS technology, and the multi-system evaluation index system was adopted. In this paper, the evaluation index of broken line dimensionless treatment is used to calculate the comprehensive index of ecological environment condition through extracting vegetation cover, land degradation, water and gas factor and human activity index, using AHP to distribute the weight reasonably, and to calculate the comprehensive index of ecological environment condition by extracting vegetation cover, land degradation, water vapor factor and human activity index. Finally, according to the evaluation results to predict and evaluate the ecological environment of the whole Zhoushan Islands, and put forward solutions and management suggestions. The application of ecological environment evaluation results in natural and economic development of Zhoushan archipelago is further studied and analyzed. The innovation and deficiency of the research are put forward, and the development trend of the island ecological research in the future is prospected.
