【摘要】：針對(duì)北京市生產(chǎn)總值增長(zhǎng)較快及在高增長(zhǎng)背后的環(huán)境問(wèn)題,進(jìn)行了規(guī)范分析及計(jì)量回歸分析。結(jié)果顯示:北京市的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展與大氣環(huán)境之間呈現(xiàn)出"U"型、"N"型等關(guān)系。據(jù)此認(rèn)為,傳統(tǒng)的"環(huán)境庫(kù)茲涅茨曲線"并不一定完全適用于北京市的情況。在理論分析的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了促進(jìn)北京市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和環(huán)境建設(shè)的政策建議。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the environmental problems behind the rapid growth of Beijing's gross domestic product (GDP), the normative analysis and quantitative regression analysis are carried out. The results show that the relationship between economic development and atmospheric environment in Beijing is of "U" type and "N" type. It is concluded that the traditional "Environmental Kuznets Curve" may not be fully applicable to the situation in Beijing. On the basis of theoretical analysis, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions to promote Beijing's economic development and environmental construction.
