【摘要】:馬克思主義生態(tài)文明思想主張實(shí)現(xiàn)人與自然相互依存、和諧統(tǒng)一。人與自然和諧共生,早在我國(guó)古代就有所體現(xiàn)和倡導(dǎo),它折射出中華傳統(tǒng)文化中一種生態(tài)倫理智慧和天人調(diào)諧的思想。當(dāng)前,面對(duì)農(nóng)村中惡化的生態(tài)環(huán)境,從前人智慧中尋求和挖掘可供解決農(nóng)村生態(tài)問(wèn)題的思路,一種嶄新的道德教育形式  農(nóng)民生態(tài)道德教育應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。農(nóng)民生態(tài)道德教育,是指依據(jù)生態(tài)道德的原則和規(guī)范,通過(guò)一定方式和手段對(duì)農(nóng)民施加影響,旨在提升農(nóng)民的生態(tài)道德素質(zhì),實(shí)現(xiàn)生態(tài)道德知、情、意、行的結(jié)合。作為占全國(guó)人口大多數(shù)的農(nóng)民群體,是廣大農(nóng)村的主力軍,也是踐行生態(tài)道德教育的主力軍。農(nóng)民自身特點(diǎn)決定了農(nóng)民生態(tài)道德教育有其特殊性,可體現(xiàn)在持久性、典型激勵(lì)性、復(fù)雜性方面。進(jìn)行農(nóng)民生態(tài)道德教育,具有重要的理論意義和應(yīng)用價(jià)值。對(duì)于農(nóng)民而言,有利于促進(jìn)農(nóng)民形成正確的生態(tài)榮辱觀,加速自身發(fā)展,做合格的社會(huì)主義新型農(nóng)民;對(duì)于農(nóng)村而言,有助于農(nóng)村生態(tài)環(huán)境保護(hù),建設(shè)農(nóng)村生態(tài)文明;對(duì)于國(guó)家發(fā)展而言,它是科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的踐行,將助推和諧美麗新農(nóng)村的構(gòu)建進(jìn)程。然而,在實(shí)際運(yùn)行中,農(nóng)民生態(tài)道德教育成效甚微,涌現(xiàn)出諸多問(wèn)題,如:教育對(duì)象不明確、對(duì)象參與的積極性不高、內(nèi)容與實(shí)際脫軌、方式陳舊單一、組織機(jī)構(gòu)渙散等。追本溯源,問(wèn)題背后反映了政府重視不足、師資力量匱乏、農(nóng)民自身認(rèn)識(shí)不夠、制度保障缺失、宣傳不足等原因。對(duì)此,應(yīng)加強(qiáng)政府資金投入和政策支持,提升教育隊(duì)伍質(zhì)量和數(shù)量,完善相關(guān)調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)制及法律法規(guī),重視發(fā)揮媒介宣傳作用,提升農(nóng)民參與的積極性。以此形成農(nóng)民群體尊重自然、順應(yīng)自然、保護(hù)自然的生態(tài)道德意識(shí),進(jìn)而內(nèi)化為自身的道德信念并身體力行,最終養(yǎng)成良好的生態(tài)道德行為。在建設(shè)生態(tài)文明的過(guò)程中,讓生態(tài)變?yōu)樯a(chǎn)力,以實(shí)現(xiàn)人與自然的和諧相處,已成為社會(huì)發(fā)展的必然選擇,加強(qiáng)農(nóng)民生態(tài)道德教育則有助于提升人們對(duì)生態(tài)生產(chǎn)力的認(rèn)識(shí),獲得經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的同時(shí)保護(hù)生態(tài)環(huán)境、發(fā)揮生態(tài)價(jià)值,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)人與自然二者的和諧依存、個(gè)人與社會(huì)的文明進(jìn)步?傊,農(nóng)民生態(tài)道德教育,是一項(xiàng)利國(guó)利民既可以造福于當(dāng)代人又可以造福后代人的事業(yè),進(jìn)行農(nóng)民生態(tài)道德教育是勢(shì)在必行之舉。
[Abstract]:Marxist thought of ecological civilization advocates the realization of interdependence and harmony between man and nature. The harmonious coexistence between man and nature has been embodied and advocated in ancient China. It reflects the thought of ecological ethics wisdom and harmony between heaven and man in Chinese traditional culture. At present, in the face of the deterioration of the ecological environment in the countryside, people in the past sought and excavated ideas to solve the ecological problems in rural areas, and a new form of moral education emerged as the times require. According to the principles and norms of ecological morality, the ecological moral education of farmers means to exert influence on farmers through certain ways and means, in order to improve the ecological moral quality of farmers and realize the combination of knowledge, feeling, intention and action of ecological morality. As a peasant group which accounts for the majority of the population in China, it is the main force in rural areas and also the main force in the practice of ecological moral education. The farmer's own characteristic determines the farmer's ecological moral education has its particularity, may manifest in the persistence, the typical encouragement, the complexity aspect. It is of great theoretical significance and practical value to carry out ecological moral education for farmers. For farmers, it is beneficial to promote farmers to form a correct concept of ecological honor and disgrace, to accelerate their own development, to be qualified new socialist farmers, to help rural ecological environment protection, and to build rural ecological civilization. For national development, it is the practice of scientific development view, which will promote the construction process of harmonious and beautiful new countryside. However, in the actual operation, the peasant ecological moral education has little effect, and many problems have emerged, such as: the object of education is not clear, the enthusiasm of the object to participate is not high, the content is out of track from the actual situation, the way is outmoded and the organization is lax and so on. Tracing back to the source, the problem reflects the lack of government attention, the lack of teachers, the lack of farmers' own understanding, the lack of system protection, the lack of propaganda and so on. In view of this, we should strengthen government investment and policy support, improve the quality and quantity of education team, improve the relevant regulation mechanism and laws and regulations, pay attention to the role of media publicity, and promote the enthusiasm of farmers to participate. In this way, farmers respect nature, conform to nature, protect the ecological moral consciousness of nature, then internalize their own moral belief and practice, and finally develop good ecological moral behavior. In the process of constructing ecological civilization, it has become an inevitable choice for social development to make ecology become productive force and realize harmonious coexistence between man and nature. Strengthening farmers' ecological moral education is helpful to enhance people's understanding of ecological productivity. At the same time, the ecological environment is protected and the ecological value is brought into play. Finally, the harmony between man and nature is realized, and the civilization progress of individual and society is realized. In a word, ecological moral education of farmers is a cause that can benefit both the present and the future generations, so it is imperative to carry out ecological moral education for farmers.
