【摘要】：某一傳統(tǒng)活性污泥法污水處理廠(chǎng)沒(méi)有脫氮除磷功能,處理規(guī)模為1.8×104m3/d。第一階段已成功對(duì)原工藝的初沉池和曝氣池第一廊道進(jìn)行了改造,改造完后運(yùn)行的第一階段(第1~30天)出水COD、氨氮、TN濃度均達(dá)到《城鎮(zhèn)污水處理廠(chǎng)污染物排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(GB 18918—2002)的一級(jí)A標(biāo)準(zhǔn),出水SS和TP平均濃度分別為12和0.8 mg/L,達(dá)到一級(jí)B標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。為了使出水SS、TP濃度也達(dá)到一級(jí)A標(biāo)準(zhǔn),第二階段在第一階段的基礎(chǔ)上在尾端模擬增加砂濾管并在管前端添加PAC,以進(jìn)一步完成對(duì)工藝的改造研究。結(jié)果表明,第二階段(第31~121天),出水SS為1~6 mg/L,平均為4 mg/L,平均去除率為97.5%;出水TP為0~0.46 mg/L,平均為0.22 mg/L,平均去除率為89.5%。出水COD、氨氮、TN、SS、TP均達(dá)到一級(jí)A標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。工藝改造成功實(shí)現(xiàn)了脫氮除磷目標(biāo),而且沒(méi)有混合液回流(內(nèi)回流),因此整個(gè)工程運(yùn)行節(jié)能,為現(xiàn)有無(wú)脫氮除磷功能污水處理廠(chǎng)提標(biāo)改造提供了思路。
[Abstract]:A traditional activated sludge wastewater treatment plant has no nitrogen and phosphorus removal function, and the scale of treatment is 1.8 脳 10 ~ 4 m ~ 3 / d. In the first stage, the primary settling tank and the first corridor of the aeration tank have been successfully reformed. In the first stage (30 days), the concentration of ammonia nitrogen and nitrogen TN in effluent reached the first class A standard (GB 18918-2002). The average concentrations of SS and TP in effluent were 12 and 0.8 mg / L, respectively, up to the first class B standard. In order to make the concentration of SSN TP reach the first A standard, in the second stage, the sand filter tube was added at the end of the first stage and PAC was added to the front of the pipe, so as to complete the research on the process modification. The results showed that in the second stage, SS was 1g / L, the average removal rate was 97.5 mg / L, the effluent TP was 0.46 mg / L, the average was 0.22 mg / L, and the average removal rate was 89.5g / L. The effluent COD, NH3-N and TNSSN TP are up to the first class A standard. The process has successfully realized the goal of denitrification and phosphorus removal, and there is no reflux (internal reflux) of the mixed liquid, so the whole project runs energy saving, which provides the idea for upgrading the standard of the existing wastewater treatment plant without denitrification and phosphorus removal.
