集聚與城市霧霾污染的交互影響

【摘要】:運(yùn)用空間聯(lián)立方程模型考察了人口集聚、工業(yè)集聚、經(jīng)濟(jì)集聚與霧霾污染的相互作用機(jī)制。結(jié)果顯示:霧霾污染存在顯著的空間溢出效應(yīng);工業(yè)集聚和霧霾污染呈正相關(guān)關(guān)系,人口集聚、經(jīng)濟(jì)集聚和霧霾污染之間呈負(fù)相關(guān)關(guān)系;我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)集聚和霧霾污染之間已進(jìn)入倒"U"型曲線的下降階段;霧霾污染會(huì)對(duì)當(dāng)?shù)氐慕?jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)生擠出效應(yīng),從而使周邊地區(qū)從中受益。為了考察城鎮(zhèn)化率的差異對(duì)集聚和霧霾污染作用機(jī)制的影響,采用門檻模型對(duì)此進(jìn)行了研究,結(jié)果顯示:隨著城鎮(zhèn)化率的提高,工業(yè)集聚和霧霾污染之間呈倒"U"型關(guān)系,當(dāng)城鎮(zhèn)化率大于68.60%時(shí),工業(yè)集聚和霧霾污染之間呈負(fù)相關(guān)關(guān)系;隨著城鎮(zhèn)化率的提高,經(jīng)濟(jì)集聚和霧霾污染之間的負(fù)相關(guān)關(guān)系越來越顯著。
[Abstract]:The interaction mechanism of population agglomeration, industrial agglomeration, economic agglomeration and haze pollution was investigated by using spatial simultaneous equation model. The results showed that there were significant spatial spillover effects on haze pollution, positive correlation between industrial agglomeration and haze pollution, and negative correlation between population agglomeration, economic agglomeration and haze pollution. China's economic agglomeration and haze pollution have entered the downward stage of the inverted "U" curve, and the haze pollution will have an crowding out effect on the local economy, thus benefiting the surrounding areas. In order to investigate the effect of the difference of urbanization rate on agglomeration and haze pollution mechanism, the threshold model was used to study it. The results showed that with the increase of urbanization rate, the relationship between industrial agglomeration and haze pollution was inverted "U" type. When the urbanization rate is greater than 68.60, there is a negative correlation between industrial agglomeration and haze pollution, and with the increase of urbanization rate, the negative correlation between economic agglomeration and haze pollution becomes more and more significant.
