表面活性劑強(qiáng)化空氣擾動(dòng)修復(fù)中不同介質(zhì)曝氣流量作用及變化規(guī)律

【摘要】:采用填裝中砂(0.25~0.5mm)、粗砂#1(0.5~1.0mm)、粗砂#2(1.0~2.0mm)的一維砂柱,研究了氣流在孔道流和鼓泡流運(yùn)行方式下,原位空氣擾動(dòng)(AS)技術(shù)中曝氣流量與空氣飽和度和曝氣壓力的關(guān)系,以及添加表面活性劑后的關(guān)系變化,并探討了在中砂介質(zhì)中表面活性劑的添加對(duì)苯污染物去除效率的影響,結(jié)果表明:在同一種粒徑中,空氣飽和度隨著曝氣流量的升高而增大,最后趨于平穩(wěn);相同的曝氣流量下,AS技術(shù)在地下水中空氣飽和度與介質(zhì)粒徑呈負(fù)相關(guān)關(guān)系,而在表面活性劑(SDBS)濃度為200mg/L的地下水中空氣飽和度與介質(zhì)粒徑呈正相關(guān)關(guān)系;這說明AS技術(shù)在地下水的修復(fù)過程中較粗的介質(zhì)往往需要較大的曝氣流量,而表面活性劑的添加,則可以有效的改變這種情況.曝氣壓力隨著氣體流量的上升而線性增加,線性方程的斜率與介質(zhì)粒徑呈負(fù)相關(guān)關(guān)系.當(dāng)介質(zhì)粒徑為0.5~1.0mm時(shí),在一定表面張力范圍內(nèi)表面張力與空氣飽和度呈反比關(guān)系,當(dāng)表面張力大于49m N/m時(shí)空氣飽和度趨于穩(wěn)定.當(dāng)介質(zhì)粒徑為0.25~0.5mm時(shí),表面活性劑的添加可以有效的提高苯污染物的去除效率.
[Abstract]:Using one-dimensional sand column with filling medium sand 0.25m 0.50mm, coarse sand #10. 5m 1.0mm and coarse sand #21.021.0mm), the relationship between aeration flow rate and air saturation and aeration pressure in in-situ air disturbance (ASA) technology under pore flow and bubbling flow mode was studied. The effect of surfactant addition on the removal efficiency of benzene pollutants in medium sand was discussed. The results showed that in the same particle size, the effect of adding surfactant on the removal efficiency of benzene was studied. The air saturation increases with the increase of aeration flow, and tends to be stable at last, and the air saturation in groundwater is negatively correlated with the particle size of the medium under the same aeration flow. However, there is a positive correlation between air saturation and medium particle size in groundwater with 200mg/L concentration, which indicates that the thicker medium often needs larger aeration flow rate in the process of groundwater remediation by as technology, and the addition of surfactant, Can effectively change this situation. The aeration pressure increases linearly with the increase of gas flow rate, and the slope of the linear equation is negatively related to the particle size of the medium. When the particle size of the medium is 0.5~1.0mm, the surface tension is inversely proportional to the air saturation in a certain range of surface tension, and the air saturation tends to be stable when the surface tension is greater than 49 m N / m. When the particle size of the medium is 0.25~0.5mm, the addition of surfactant can effectively improve the removal efficiency of benzene pollutants.
