快速溶劑提取-高效液相色譜法測(cè)定PM2.5中16種多環(huán)芳烴

【摘要】:建立大氣細(xì)顆粒物(PM2.5)中16種多環(huán)芳烴(PAHs)的快速溶劑提取-直接進(jìn)樣-高效液相色譜測(cè)定方法。PM2.5經(jīng)玻璃纖維濾膜收集,采樣后的濾膜直接用乙腈經(jīng)快速溶劑萃取儀提取,以乙腈和水作為流動(dòng)相,提取液通過ZORBAX Eclipse PAH液相色譜柱分離,紫外串聯(lián)熒光檢測(cè)器檢測(cè)。16種PAHs分離效果良好,在0.025~5.000μg/m L范圍內(nèi)線性相關(guān)系數(shù)r≥0.9998,方法加標(biāo)回收率為78.3%~113.2%,相對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差為0.5%~9.5%,檢出限為0.007~0.062 ng/m~3。本方法操作簡(jiǎn)便、快速、準(zhǔn)確、靈敏,適于PM2.5中16種PAHs的同時(shí)測(cè)定。
[Abstract]:A rapid solvent extraction-direct sampling-HPLC method for the determination of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in atmospheric fine particulate matter (PM2.5) was established. PM2.5 was collected by glass fiber filter membrane. The sampled filter membrane was extracted directly by acetonitrile by a rapid solvent extractor. Acetonitrile and water were used as mobile phase, the extract was separated by ZORBAX Eclipse PAH liquid chromatography column, and 16 kinds of PAHs were detected by UV series fluorescence detector.
