【摘要】：由于受光源不穩(wěn)、環(huán)境光干擾、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)曲線非線性及沾污的影響,傳感器的穩(wěn)定性表現(xiàn)不佳。為此,基于紫外熒光測(cè)量原理,分別從結(jié)構(gòu)、工藝及算法3個(gè)方面做了優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)。光路設(shè)計(jì)中引入了參比檢測(cè),ZEMAX軟件仿真結(jié)果顯示"十"字光路可行。聚四氟乙烯、光學(xué)鍍膜的采用及電刷設(shè)計(jì)可有效防止油污粘附及生物附著。遮光罩為傳感器營(yíng)造一個(gè)檢測(cè)暗腔,有效解決了環(huán)境光干擾問(wèn)題。實(shí)驗(yàn)表明:傳感器測(cè)量樣品時(shí),熒光信號(hào)的變異系數(shù)0.3%。以濃度30μg/L為例,模擬光強(qiáng)衰減時(shí)熒光信號(hào)的變異系數(shù)為1.28%。樣品濃度為62.4μg/L時(shí),擴(kuò)展不確定度為0.256μg/L(k=2)。傳感器的穩(wěn)定性設(shè)計(jì)取得了較理想的成果,但距離實(shí)際應(yīng)用還有差距,主要是濁度、溫度等影響因子未引入到算法修正模型中。
[Abstract]:Due to the instability of the light source, the environmental light interference, the nonlinear and contamination of the standard curve, the stability of the sensor is not good. Based on the ultraviolet fluorescence measurement principle, the optimization design is made from 3 aspects of the structure, process and algorithm. The design of the optical path is introduced, and the results of the ZEMAX software simulation show that the "ten" light path is feasible. Polytetrafluoroethylene (polytetrafluoroethylene), the use of optical coating and the brush design can effectively prevent oil fouling and biological attachment. The shade cover creates a dark chamber for the sensor to effectively solve the environmental light interference. The experiment shows that when the sensor is measuring the sample, the coefficient of variation of the fluorescence signal is 0.3%. An example of the concentration of 30 mu g/L is used to simulate the fluorescence attenuation. The variation coefficient of the signal is that the concentration of 1.28%. sample is 62.4 u g/L, and the expansion uncertainty is 0.256 g/L (k=2). The stability design of the sensor has achieved satisfactory results, but there is still a gap between the actual application and the turbidity, and the influence factors such as temperature are not introduced into the algorithm correction model.
