【摘要】：油田處理三元污水初期主要采用“連續(xù)流曝氣沉降+兩級過濾”工藝,為進一步提高沉降效果,改為采用“連續(xù)流氣浮、序批曝氣沉降+兩級過濾”工藝,配套氣水聯(lián)合反沖洗、提溫反沖工藝。同時開展了微生物處理三元污水的研究,確定處理效果。本文分析和研究了三元污水站連續(xù)流氣浮沉降的運行工藝進行優(yōu)化,對比不同見劑階段不同運行參數(shù)時的沉降效果,優(yōu)化了氣浮工藝回流比、溶氣量等參數(shù),確定最佳的運行參數(shù),提高三元污水處理效果,優(yōu)化了序批沉降工藝運行液位并與連續(xù)流氣浮沉降工藝進行了效果對比。同時對過濾段氣水聯(lián)合反沖洗工藝、提溫反沖洗工藝進行參數(shù)優(yōu)化,提高了濾料再生效果。研究了微生物處理三元污水的可行性及處理效果,并對處理工藝提出了建議。
[Abstract]:In the initial stage of oilfield treatment of ternary sewage, the process of "continuous flow aeration settlement two-stage filtration" is mainly adopted. In order to further improve the settlement effect, the process of "continuous flow air flotation, sequential batch aeration settlement two-stage filtration" is adopted. Matching gas and water combined backwashing, temperature-raising backwash process. At the same time, the microbial treatment of ternary wastewater was studied to determine the treatment effect. This paper analyzes and studies the operation technology of continuous flow air floatation in the three Yuan sewage station, compares the settling effect with different operating parameters in different agent stage, optimizes the reflux ratio and dissolved air volume of air floatation process, and so on. The optimal operation parameters were determined, the effect of ternary sewage treatment was improved, the liquid level of sequential batch settling process was optimized and the effect was compared with that of continuous flow air floatation process. At the same time, the parameters of air and water combined backwashing process and temperature-raising backwashing process were optimized to improve the regeneration effect of filter media. The feasibility and effect of microbial treatment of ternary wastewater were studied, and some suggestions were put forward.
