基于響應(yīng)曲面法優(yōu)化生物質(zhì)污泥活性炭的制備方法

【摘要】:針對傳統(tǒng)技術(shù)制備污泥活性炭的比表面積不高、吸附值低等不足,通過在污泥中添加核桃殼以改善污泥原料缺陷,研究了活化劑種類、核桃殼加量、活化溫度、活化時間、活化劑濃度及浸漬比等影響活性炭吸附能力的制備條件。在優(yōu)化后的條件下制備出了高吸附性能的生物質(zhì)污泥復(fù)合活性炭。結(jié)果表明:選擇氯化鋅作為活化劑,核桃殼加量20%、活化溫度500℃、活化時間60 min、活化劑濃度2.5 mol·L-1、浸漬比1∶2.5為最優(yōu)化制備條件。制備出的生物質(zhì)污泥復(fù)合活性炭碘吸附值為574.11 mg·g-1,產(chǎn)率為43.93%。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the defect of sludge raw material by adding walnut shell to sludge, the kinds of activator, the amount of walnut shell, activation temperature and activation time were studied. The concentration of activator and impregnation ratio influence the preparation conditions of activated carbon adsorption ability. The activated carbon with high adsorption performance was prepared under the optimized conditions.
