【摘要】:溫室的氣體大量排放導(dǎo)致的全球變暖現(xiàn)象已成為當(dāng)今最嚴(yán)重的環(huán)境問題之一,二氧化碳作為最主要的一種溫室氣體,關(guān)于它的減排問題是國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)學(xué)者研究的一大熱門。開發(fā)對(duì)于二氧化碳的捕集、封存及資源化利用技術(shù)已在全球范圍內(nèi)得到了廣泛的關(guān)注。燃煤電廠是二氧化碳的一大排放源,使用燃煤電廠排放出的二氧化碳作為原材料,并將其進(jìn)行資源化利用是電力行業(yè)節(jié)能減排的創(chuàng)新性研究課題。本文中使用供氫體及自行制備的催化劑作為一套催化體系實(shí)現(xiàn)燃煤煙氣二氧化碳的高效轉(zhuǎn)化,設(shè)計(jì)了在溫和條件下將二氧化碳轉(zhuǎn)化為有機(jī)酸的新工藝,該法為燃煤電廠二氧化碳的資源化利用和煙氣凈化提供了新思路。本文的主要工作包括:一、二氧化碳轉(zhuǎn)化為有機(jī)酸的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究。其主要包括設(shè)計(jì)供氫體吸收轉(zhuǎn)化二氧化碳的實(shí)驗(yàn)方案、通過設(shè)定相關(guān)影響參數(shù)、確立最佳反應(yīng)條件并對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析。最終實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:在常溫常壓環(huán)境中M可將二氧化碳轉(zhuǎn)化為有機(jī)酸;反應(yīng)溫度、吸收劑M的濃度、溶液pH值和總流量大小是影響供氫體吸收轉(zhuǎn)化效率的關(guān)鍵參數(shù)。二、供氫劑M催化轉(zhuǎn)化二氧化碳的催化劑的初步實(shí)驗(yàn)研究。其中主要包括通過比較不同催化劑對(duì)于反應(yīng)的催化活性,設(shè)計(jì)研發(fā)催化劑,探究催化劑的最佳制備條件。催化劑載體、浸漬時(shí)間、煅燒溫度、以及原料比例是提高催化效率的主要因素,同時(shí)進(jìn)行了催化劑催化轉(zhuǎn)化的實(shí)驗(yàn),證明催化劑可有效促進(jìn)二氧化碳的轉(zhuǎn)化。三、產(chǎn)物檢測(cè)、反應(yīng)機(jī)理探索和研究展望。其主要包括對(duì)反應(yīng)產(chǎn)物中有機(jī)酸的檢測(cè),對(duì)催化劑進(jìn)行了表征研究,初步分析了催化機(jī)理,并提出了展望。
[Abstract]:Global warming caused by a large amount of greenhouse gas emissions has become one of the most serious environmental problems, carbon dioxide as the most important greenhouse gas, about its emission reduction problem is a hot topic of domestic and foreign scholars. The development of carbon dioxide capture, sequestration and resource utilization technology has been widely concerned around the world. Coal-fired power plant is one of the major emission sources of carbon dioxide. Using carbon dioxide emitted from coal-fired power plant as raw material and using it as a resource is an innovative research topic of energy saving and emission reduction in power industry. In this paper, the hydrogen donor and the self-prepared catalyst are used as a set of catalyst system to realize the high efficiency conversion of carbon dioxide from coal-fired flue gas, and a new process of conversion of carbon dioxide to organic acid under mild conditions is designed. This method provides a new idea for the utilization of carbon dioxide and flue gas purification in coal-fired power plants. The main work of this paper is as follows: 1. Experimental study on the conversion of carbon dioxide to organic acids. It mainly includes the design of the experimental scheme for the absorption and conversion of carbon dioxide by hydrogen donor. The optimal reaction conditions are established by setting the relevant parameters and the experimental data are analyzed. The final experimental results show that carbon dioxide can be converted into organic acid under normal temperature and pressure, and the reaction temperature, concentration of absorbent M, pH value of solution and total flow rate are the key parameters affecting the conversion efficiency of hydrogen donor. Second, the preliminary experimental study on the catalyst for the conversion of carbon dioxide to carbon dioxide catalyzed by hydrogen donor M. It mainly includes comparing the catalytic activity of different catalysts, designing and developing catalysts, and exploring the optimum preparation conditions of catalysts. The catalyst carrier, impregnation time, calcination temperature and the ratio of raw materials are the main factors to improve the catalytic efficiency. At the same time, the catalytic conversion of the catalyst has been carried out, which proves that the catalyst can effectively promote the conversion of carbon dioxide. Third, product detection, reaction mechanism exploration and research prospect. It mainly includes the detection of organic acids in the reaction product, the characterization of the catalyst, the preliminary analysis of the catalytic mechanism, and the prospect of the catalyst.
