紅葉石楠葉面角質(zhì)層組分對Cs的吸附作用

【摘要】:為準(zhǔn)確預(yù)測放射性核素在植物葉面的吸附行為,用化學(xué)方法(脫蠟,皂化,酸解)分離得到角質(zhì)層(PHC1),脫蠟角質(zhì)層(PHC2),脫蠟-脫角質(zhì)角質(zhì)層(PHC3),脫蠟-脫角質(zhì)-脫糖角質(zhì)層(PHC4)以及蠟質(zhì)等紅葉石楠葉面角質(zhì)層組分,研究了角質(zhì)層組分對Cs的吸附特征及影響因素.結(jié)果表明:紅葉石楠葉片角質(zhì)層由16.63%蠟質(zhì),63.41%角質(zhì),12.86%多糖,7.10%角碳組成.PHC1、PHC2、PHC3、PHC4各組分對Cs的吸附30min即達(dá)到吸附平衡,飽和吸附量分別為1.73、1.92、4.67和0.58mg/g.角質(zhì)層組分的飽和吸附量與其極性和芳香性指數(shù)具有顯著的二元線性正相關(guān)性,其中極性指數(shù)對核素吸附具有更高權(quán)重的影響.糖類和角質(zhì)是葉面角質(zhì)層吸附核素的主要介質(zhì),各角質(zhì)層組分吸附Cs貢獻(xiàn)率分別為:糖類(51.45%)角質(zhì)(38.73%)蠟質(zhì)(7.51%)角碳(2.31%).競爭離子的存在能顯著降低葉面對核素的吸附作用:隨著Na離子濃度的增加,葉面角質(zhì)層對Cs的吸附性能逐漸下降,當(dāng)Na和Cs摩爾濃度比為100:1時,紅葉石楠葉面角質(zhì)層的吸附量僅為對照的6%.
[Abstract]:In order to accurately predict the adsorption behavior of radionuclides on plant leaves, chemical methods (dewaxing, saponification, PHC1, PHC2, PHC3, PHC4, PHC4 and PHC4 were isolated from keratinocytes, such as PHC1, PHC2, PHC3, PHC4 and PHC4, respectively. The adsorption characteristics and influencing factors of Cs by cuticle components were studied. The results showed that the adsorption equilibrium of Cs in the keratinocytes of Photinia mandshurica leaves from 16.63% (63.41%) keratinocytes (12.86%) and 7.10% (7.10%) was achieved, and the saturated adsorption amounts were 1.731.924.67 and 0.58 mg / g / g, respectively. There is a significant binary linear positive correlation between the saturated adsorption amount of keratinocytes and their polarity and aromaticity index, in which the polarity index has a higher weight on the adsorption of nuclides. Carbohydrates and horniness are the main mediums for the adsorption of nuclides in the keratinocytes of the leaf surface. The contribution rates of Cs adsorbed by each component of the cuticle are: sugar 51.45) and horniness 38.73) the wax is 7.51%) and the absorption rate of Cs is 2.31%. The presence of competitive ions can significantly reduce the adsorption of nuclides on the leaves. With the increase of Na ion concentration, the adsorption of Cs to Cs in the keratinocytes of leaves decreases gradually, when the molar ratio of Na to Cs is 100: 1, The adsorption capacity of the horniness layer on the leaf surface of Photinia rubrum was only 6% of that of the control.
