【摘要】：垃圾滲濾液處理在市政工程領(lǐng)域已得到較廣泛應(yīng)用,但至今尚無統(tǒng)一的工程消耗量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)可為項目投資估算、設(shè)計概算和施工圖預(yù)算編制提供計價基礎(chǔ)依據(jù)。結(jié)合全國統(tǒng)一市政工程消耗量新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的發(fā)布實施,基于專業(yè)定額對比分析法示例,闡析垃圾滲濾液處理工程定額的編制方法、技術(shù)路線、子目規(guī)劃、消耗量測定、水平測算及其應(yīng)用擴展,為各地區(qū)、部門專業(yè)工程定額的編制提供基準(zhǔn)參考,為市政項目投資工程造價的確定與控制提供關(guān)鍵技術(shù)指引。
[Abstract]:Landfill leachate treatment has been widely used in the field of municipal engineering, but there is no uniform engineering consumption standard to provide the basis of valuation for project investment estimation, design estimate and construction drawing budget. Combined with the promulgation and implementation of the new national unified standard for municipal engineering consumption, and based on the example of professional quota comparison analysis, this paper expounds the compilation method, technical route, subplanning, consumption measurement of landfill leachate treatment project quota. The level measurement and its application extension provide the reference for the establishment of professional engineering quota in various regions and departments, and provide the key technical guidance for the determination and control of the investment project cost of municipal projects.
