【摘要】：唐山市是我國水資源短缺嚴(yán)重的城市之一。目前唐山在城市污水處理工作方面還沒有形成統(tǒng)一的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),對污水處理工藝的選擇還缺少評(píng)判方法。隨著我國污水處理技術(shù)水平的不斷發(fā)展,在污水處理上的方案越來越成熟,可供選擇的范圍也越來越大,選擇一個(gè)恰當(dāng)?shù)奈鬯幚砉に嚪桨笇ξ鬯幚砩系耐度�、處理效率、運(yùn)營能力等起著至關(guān)重要的作用。文章以唐山市污水處理工藝為研究對象,通過文獻(xiàn)資料搜集等途徑首先分析了唐山市的水資源概況及污水處理的現(xiàn)狀;然后,在通過實(shí)地調(diào)研等手段對目前唐山市部分污水處理廠進(jìn)行現(xiàn)有工藝方案進(jìn)行調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)行了全面技術(shù)分析和經(jīng)濟(jì)分析,在本文中引入了新的分析問題方法即層次分析法,并建立了有關(guān)污水處理工藝方案選擇的優(yōu)化模型。當(dāng)前的污水處理采用的方案是以分析數(shù)據(jù)為主,但新建立的模型的評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果卻更為客觀全面,因此其為控制污染源提供了強(qiáng)有力的依據(jù)。優(yōu)化模型的優(yōu)化結(jié)果顯示:該模型如果應(yīng)用在唐山市的污水處理工藝方案的選擇方面,權(quán)重最大的要數(shù)投資費(fèi)用和處理費(fèi)用,出水的穩(wěn)定性和操作管理的權(quán)重僅次于前者,權(quán)重最小的是占地面積和除磷脫氮的效果。所以,污水處理的最優(yōu)的方案是缺氧/好氧法,氧化溝法為次選方案。
[Abstract]:Tangshan City is one of the cities with serious shortage of water resources. At present, Tangshan has not formed a unified standard in the field of municipal sewage treatment, and the selection of sewage treatment technology is still lack of judgment method. With the continuous development of sewage treatment technology in our country, the scheme of sewage treatment is more and more mature, and the scope of choice is increasing. Operational capacity and so on plays a vital role. This paper takes the wastewater treatment technology of Tangshan City as the research object, analyzes the general situation of water resources and the present situation of sewage treatment in Tangshan City by means of literature and data collection, and then analyzes the current situation of wastewater treatment in Tangshan City. Based on the investigation of the existing process schemes of some wastewater treatment plants in Tangshan City, the comprehensive technical analysis and economic analysis are carried out. A new analytical method, the Analytic hierarchy process (AHP), is introduced in this paper. An optimized model for the selection of wastewater treatment process was established. The current scheme of sewage treatment is based on the analysis of data, but the evaluation results of the new model are more objective and comprehensive, so it provides a strong basis for the control of pollution sources. The optimization results show that if the model is applied to the selection of wastewater treatment process in Tangshan City, the most important factors are investment cost and treatment cost, and the stability of effluent and the weight of operation management are second only to the former. The smallest weight is the area occupied and the effect of phosphorus and nitrogen removal. Therefore, the optimal scheme for wastewater treatment is anoxic / aerobic process and oxidation ditch method is secondary selection scheme.
