熱解溫度對(duì)土霉素菌渣焦炭化學(xué)性質(zhì)的影響

【摘要】:研究了熱解溫度對(duì)土霉素菌渣化學(xué)性質(zhì)的影響.采用電子自旋共振(ESR)波譜、X射線(xiàn)光電子能譜(XPS)和碳-13核磁共振(13C NMR)波譜分析了土霉素菌渣及熱解焦碳中自由基、碳官能團(tuán)的變化.結(jié)果表明,土霉素菌渣中含有大量自由基,自由基濃度隨熱解溫度的升高顯著變化.熱解溫度為320℃時(shí),焦碳中自由基濃度最高,為1.239×10~(19)spins/g.熱解過(guò)程中,隨著揮發(fā)分分解析出、縮聚反應(yīng)加劇,土霉素菌渣及其熱解焦碳中的自由基由含氧自由基、烴基自由基、含氮自由基向芳香碳自由基轉(zhuǎn)化.土霉素菌渣的碳結(jié)構(gòu)在熱解中發(fā)生明顯改變,甲氧基CH_3—O—、脂肪族C—C鍵、脂肪族C—O鍵以及羰基(C=O)基團(tuán)斷鍵,產(chǎn)生大量的芳香族C—C鍵、芳香族C—O鍵.熱解溫度為600℃時(shí),焦碳中芳香族碳官能團(tuán)(芳香族C—H、C—C、C—O鍵)的比例達(dá)到94.14%.
[Abstract]:The effect of pyrolysis temperature on the chemical properties of oxytetracycline residue was studied. The changes of free radicals and carbon functional groups in oxytetracycline residue and pyrolytic coke were analyzed by means of electron spin resonance spectroscopy (ESR) X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPSS) and C-13 NMR (13C NMRs). The results showed that there were a lot of free radicals in the residue of oxytetracycline, and the free radical concentration changed significantly with the increase of pyrolysis temperature.
