儲運含油污泥慢速熱解特性分析

【摘要】:采用精確控溫的固定床反應(yīng)裝置研究了罐底油泥和清罐油泥在不同升溫速率下熱解產(chǎn)物特性。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)當升溫速率為5℃·min~(-1)和2℃·min~(-1)時,兩種油泥樣品的油品回收率均高于65%。提高升溫速率有利于促進氣相產(chǎn)物的生成,同時得到的油相產(chǎn)物中環(huán)狀有機物含量提高而鏈狀有機物含量減少,這說明提高升溫速率有助于C—H鍵斷裂和環(huán)化反應(yīng)的發(fā)生。借助于TG分析和Doyle方程得到兩種油泥的熱解反應(yīng)動力學參數(shù)。發(fā)現(xiàn)隨著升溫速率加快,表觀反應(yīng)活化能增大了20%~37%。
