【摘要】：水是生命之基、生產(chǎn)之基、生態(tài)之基。水資源的合理利用是一個(gè)城市可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要支撐。近些年來,晉江市工農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)發(fā)展迅速,對(duì)水的需求量逐年增多,同時(shí)隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和“大泉州”戰(zhàn)略的推進(jìn),城市化程度的提高和現(xiàn)有城市規(guī)模的擴(kuò)大將獲得空前的發(fā)展,生活用水量也將迅猛上升,加上工業(yè)在發(fā)展過程中對(duì)水資源的污染程度日益嚴(yán)重,導(dǎo)致可利用的水資源日趨缺乏,水污染治理儼然成為一個(gè)沉重的課題。本文通過研究國(guó)內(nèi)外政府關(guān)于水污染治理所采取的措施及晉江市水污染治理政策的有效性,分析晉江市水污染治理現(xiàn)狀及原因,通過分析現(xiàn)階段晉江水污染治理的進(jìn)程和存在的問題,同時(shí)借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外城市在水污染治理上方面的一些的經(jīng)驗(yàn),提出晉江市水污染治理的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:Water is the foundation of life, production and ecology.The rational utilization of water resources is an important support for the sustainable development of a city.In recent years, the industrial and agricultural production in Jinjiang City has developed rapidly, and the demand for water has increased year by year. With the development of economy and the promotion of the strategy of "Big Quanzhou", the increase of urbanization and the expansion of existing city scale will achieve unprecedented development.The domestic water consumption will also rise rapidly, and the pollution degree of water resources will become more and more serious in the process of industrial development, which leads to the shortage of available water resources, and water pollution control has become a heavy topic.This paper analyzes the present situation and causes of water pollution control in Jinjiang by studying the measures taken by the government at home and abroad on water pollution control and the effectiveness of water pollution control policies in Jinjiang.Through analyzing the process and existing problems of water pollution control in Jinjiang at present, and drawing lessons from some experiences of domestic and foreign cities in water pollution control, the countermeasures and suggestions for water pollution control in Jinjiang City are put forward.
